The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and among others it has Tv in the master bedroom and living room, air conditioning (Inverter) and WIFI.
It has been designed to enjoy as much as possible the lovely views and the sound of the sea with very comfortable open spaces, a great terrace with dining area which offers you a perfect chance to enjoy the ocean and fresh air while dining.
This holiday home is at walking distance to shops, restaurants, tapas bars ,supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital, Casino, only 2 Km away from 2 Golf Courses and only 300 metres from the Bus Station with direct buses to Mogan, Arguineguin, Playa del Inglés and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Even though no car is really needed as all ammenities are just right round the corner, this property has a private parking place
