I always stay at this location because it's nice and the staff is very friendly and it has really good pricing when you need to get away ans everything is really close by.

I don't think the the floor was swept before we got there. There was hair everywhere. It was disgusting. Shower handle was broken and the toilet paper had pee stains on it. It was pretty bad. Took about 2 hours to get towels to the room since the front office was closed for about 6 hours. I've stayed at this franchise before in other areas and usually have a great stay unfortunately not this particular location.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hot breakfast was waffles. Clean room. Bathroom needed updating but everything worked. Good price per night. Soft pillows were a bonus. Only concern our AC froze up but after turning it off for few hours it work fine again. It's perfect walking distance from river Walk and shops. Only con was pool was out of service.

It was a nice location just minutes from my appointment area but I got charge double I paid at the location and I got charge through Expedia also so one of the two need to refund me my money back. But other than that it was a good place.

Beware!

Staff very friendly however the room was not so clean, bedspread ripped, sheets and towels stained, outdoor pool closed and dark brown liquid in it, grounds not kept up, in what little grass they had for pets was covered in dog feces that was never picked up! Would never stay again!

Basic downtown motel

The room was generally good. Large TV that worked well. Our main complaint is the shower with a lukewarm water temperature. Not very satisfying when one is hoping for a nice hot shower after driving all day.

It was very clean and the staff made me feel very appreciated. The best that can be said of "the view" was that my window looked out on a highway overpass, unfortunately. So NOT a glamorous hotel at all, but I didn't choose it for the glamour -- I just wanted a place close to my son's house. But the friendliness of the staff and the really delicious breakfast left a wonderful impression.

Room was not clean, service was great from the front desk, but the overall property was dirty, mold in microwave, stayed 4 days and they only took out the trash never swept the floor, would take the towels that were hanging but not the dirty ones on the floor.

Perfect Location, Perfectly Decent Super 8

Location is EVERYTHING for this little Super 8. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the Pearl and we had a senior dog with us, so we weren't walking fast. The room was exactly what you would expect. Everything felt decently clean, there was no weird smell. The blowdryer in the bathroom didn't work which was disappointing but everything was perfectly suitable for a quick cheap overnight stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you find yourself looking for an overnight stay in the Pearl district without breaking the bank.
