Beautiful Remodeled Historic Beauty near downtown. Great location if you are visiting downtown San Antonio Riverwalk. It is within less than 1 mile, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston, the Pearl and Alamo. Enjoy a great location with private parking.

Interaction with Guests:
You won't see me nor my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond.

Quick family getaway!

We were quite surprised of the neighborhood but that was no reflection on the property. We parked in the back where there is PLENTY of space and easy for loading and unloading for our stay. We mostly joined together in the living room but enjoyed each room over the course of the days! A great stay and fit all of our needs!

Good House for Our Family

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a cool house and our family of 5 fit just fine. I would like to mention one thing that did not affect our rating, because it is not the owner's fault, but it could be a problem for families. The neighbors have 2 dogs in a chain link enclosure that goes right up to the house. They barked on and off all night long. Fortunately we travel with a white noise machine for our toddler and it didn't bother our kids at all, but you might want to prepare for that if you have a light sleeper in the family. The proximity to other renters was not a problem, other than the dogs it was pretty quiet. I also appreciated the back parking lot, away from the street. The property manager communicated early with us and was very nice.

Amazing stay

The place was very clean and beautiful. Neighboorhood was quiet. I absolutely would book again!
