Housekeeping did not clean room after first day. Front desk was informed but the person working asked what do you want me to do. Clean towels brought to room. In morning front desk was asked if room was going to be cleaned that day and informed that it would be. Returned that afternoon and the only thing done was replacement of towels. Also waa informed that facility ran out of facial tissue in entire hotel.

The area was okay, I would not say it’s completely safe to walk at during the nighttime. The distance was not bad, you could walk to the Riverwalk if you wanted to. I will say that they did have some kind of leak and had some type of fans in between the two doors with the cords taped down. That was very inconvenient. They also tell you to request the housekeeping and even when you do housekeeping does not come and clean the room. I spoke to one of the managers and she mentioned they don’t come everyday, but housekeeping was there everyday. Parking is also NOT included, it was $28 a night or $10 a night to park literally on the other side of the street. Overall this place was okay.

This was a decent location for not being on the riverfront. parking is an additional $30 a day on top of your hotel rate which I think is a bit much. The cleaners were really nice and the front desk was as well. The only issue that I really encountered is that my microwave was pretty dirty upon arrival and the walls can use a wipe down. There’s no way the I room coffe make can be used as it has old moldy gunk built up in water chamber. We typically enjoy hotel happy hours however there was no happy hour all weekend and the breakfast was decent, but they very quickly ran out of items, not sure how they don’t anticipate what they need when they already have the booking set . Over all the area is quiet and not in the busiest location, but you can walk or take a scooter. I primarily chose this location based off the size of the rooms, two full beds and a couch area that separate from the sleeping area. It was really functional for my party of three. Keep in mind that pretty much anywhere you go in this area is going to charge you for parking, and if you don’t park, you’ll have to take some sort of transportation so add those into your visit. For a short trip I may stay again if not at another hotel we frequent with parking included

There is no security boxes in the rooms. They don't notice the guests that they don't clean de rooms every day unless requested, so towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap has to be requested at the front desk

The property is really close to the riverwalk. We barely used our car during our stay. The staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. I did not liek the fact that the sink was in the room and notinside the bathroom.
