Nasty Construction Site
First room bathroom was so gross I couldnt bathe my toddler. Changed rooms, then there was some weird paper stuff on the ceiling. House keeping by request only which we did not know and spent 3 nights. There was construction going on which we did not know the extent until we picked up our Airmen from graduation and want to sit down stairs to catch up...DUST EVERYWHERE! Very limited breakfast..eggs/sausage/oatmeal/cereal, we didnt eat it anyways because of being afraid of the cleanliness from nighg construction. The bathrooms can not be used at night because the doors are glass and the light shines in the room. When I nicely complained..i was basically told oh well. Worst experience ever and we travel a lot!

Got 2 king suites, one room had a fridge that did not work. When I went to the front desk to ask, I was informed they new that it did not work and did nothing to help. Hotel was under construction but did not make customers aware when purchasing. Would not recommend

Hotel was being remodeled. All amenities were closed- pool, fitness center, and even water bottle filler. The remodel was supposed to start later in the year and I was not noticed even when I booked months in advance. This cause extra noise early in the morning and you could hear power tools starting early on Sunday morning even though checkout was noon. Booked hotel for pool and it wasnt available so disappointed. Mattress was also very very hard.

What I like the most at this hotel was the staff. They went above and beyond with the service. They did not make me feel like a number but more so like a family member. I left my watch and when I called the front desk without hesitation, they expeditiously had my watch delivered to my location.

A/C was controlled. It was not cooling as submitted 65. The cleaning is done superficial only. Corner of flooring and shower was not cleaned. I wouldn't stay again. There staff needs training and held accountable for the cleaning in rooms.

Hard skip many better places for less in the area
Dirty room, roaches, old building attempted remodel fail, see thru bathroom door, no lock, no hotwater, had to argue with staff for clean towels, pool cloudy. Breakfast no coffee, wait for other things like a simple waffle was ridiculous.

The absolute WORST experience I've ever had with a hotel. No towels and the sofa bed still had the stained sheets on it from the prior guest. I had to go to the FD to get the sheets to make up the bed myself. Not enough towels in the room. Mgt response was they did not have enough towels on site. I ended up getting the towels I needed from the pool area. I could have stayed at a lower cost hotel and I don't think I would have had the problems with the sofa bed. I have pics if you want to see them.

The hotel was at a nice area. Eatery and shopping were close by. Customer service at the desk was good. Voiced a concern with the room and was accommodated immediately. This hotel is recommended.

This hotel is very convenient in that it is close to Sea World, shopping (including Walmart and Target), and plenty of dining options. Though the staff was great, the room was lackluster. The separate toilet and shower area was a bit odd, the doors didn't lock, but the water pressure in the shower was great. The room felt muggy and the air conditioner did not cool as it should. The beds were a bit lop-sided. The TV was very dark/dim and we couldn't access the menu to fix it. It's an alright place to stay if you'd like to stay close to Sea World.

The reason for a 3 star review is because someone broke in our truck right after we entered the hotel, let me mention the truck was parked right infront the entrance and it was during the day. We weren’t able to see any footage from security cameras since the front desk receptionist said we had to go through a process. Police report was made, luckily nothing was taken but I was left with a damaged door and ruined plans we checked out right next morning.

Pros- The staff were extremely nice and I really appreciated that - it was my granddaughter’s birthday- and we really wanted to make sure she had an enjoyable weekend! they even gave her a free treat - it made her night! The location was great! It was right next to a Walmart, food places and clothing stores. Let me add free parking. Also, my daughter asked for a clean up and they forgot. When my daughter brought it to their attention- they again rectified the problem and offered her a free stay Also, they took our safety seriously- there were a couple of silly young adults in our floor being loud and obnoxious. My son in law called downstairs- they quickly came up and rectified the problem The room was great -and chrckout is not until 12 Cons- the water would not get hot and the breakfast was sub par. Overall, our stay was fine and we would stay again

SpringHill Suites staff was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. There was a good breakfast with a number of different options and it was served on time. Overall, a positive experience staying here.
