Living area & bedroom are combined into a 17' x 14' space open to the kitchen & dining. All new stainless appliances, wood counters, pantry, high ceilings, & wood laminate floors. Rent includes all furnishings, kitchen ware, utilities, water, internet, Roku TV. Walk, scoot, or bike to nearby Blue Star, Riverwalk, hip restaurants. Separate private entrance and parking are in the rear of the home.

Best location!

We loved this little place! The location was perfect since we were a month without a car!! The River Walk was just across the street beyond Roosevelt Park. The bus was less than a block away. We would definitely come again.
