Stayed for 2 nights and the latch on the door didn’t work properly. You could literally push it open if no one was in the room and didn’t have the additional locks locked. When bringing this up to the front desk, the girl was unable to get the key to fix it from staff. They also could not provide me a new room because they were completely booked. Very unsafe.

This is my 3rd or 4th stay here as I needed to be near at the medical district. The room was humid and damp (felt at least), making bedsheets feel wet and sticky to skin. Otherwise, we have always enjoyed the stay due to its great location

There is no parking space in front of the hotel. The car park is behind and few space of beside. We parked side parking but Someone theft our car taillight. The cost of replacement is $6,500.00. But hotel said not responsibility. We are not going to go back to that area.

Great place great staff great room. The only downside of the room is the refrigerator, it’s time operational and you have to push the bottom inside to keep it working. It said it was 8 hours of life before it will shut off. We were out all day and came back to spoiled food. It was ok , it was leftovers but I sure someone else will need the fridge to work all day. Everything else was great.

We are repeat customers of this Fairfield Inn. The location was the initial draw, but we experienced excellent service, warm hospitality, and cleanliness beyond the norm. We stayed here this time for 5 days and we will be back the next time we are in San Antonio. This place is a great value.

when they break into your car causing thousands of dollars of damage and the staff doesn't even apologize or seem surprised, you know you are in a bad hotel and very unsafe. The front desk girl did not even show any expression. Just here is the number. I had to ask for the number to the Police Department. Rooms are dirty and hotel is old and just not worth the hassel.

Our top priority is the safety and security of our guests and their belongings, and we take such matters very seriously. We do our best to deter crime at our property; however, as with any metro city, crime is a reality. Although the hotel is not responsible for anything outside the building, we cooperate with law enforcement and provide all necessary video surveillance to assist with their investigation. We apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused you during your stay with us. We value your feedback and will continue to work towards providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. About the rooms, we understand the importance of maintaining a clean and fresh environment for our guests' satisfaction and take upkeep and cleanliness very seriously at our hotel. Our housekeeping staff cleans, sanitizes, and inspects each room to ensure it is ready for incoming guests. Nonetheless, we will conduct an investigation within our housekeeping department to correct any lapses in current cleaning standards. Regarding the facility, we do undertake periodic renovations/repairs as part of the hotel's routine upkeep; however, we will see what we can do about having some updates to the property soon. Overall not a bad hotel, but had a very stained nasty towel and iron ruined a pair of pants due to stuff on burnt on it.

All of our towels and linens are washed thoroughly prior to a new guest checking in, but unfortunately, some stains are very difficult to remove. We will, however, ask our housekeeping manager to ensure that any stained towel is removed from circulation. We will also use this experience as a training tool to facilitate better guest experiences moving forward. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always nice. Only issue was with the water pressure while showering. The water pressure was very low and the water temperature was warm and extremely cold.

Book it!!!
We have stayed at this hotel two times while visiting university hospital. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The hotel is extremely clean and cozy. The staff was excellent. I will continue to book at this hotel for future visits at university hospital.

Greatest visit during a difficukt time
We wete so impressed wth the manager Tim and the staff. We were here on a nedical visit for my 92 year old mom. Staff was so understanding so comforting and assisted us every step of the way. I highly recommend this hotel. They made us feel comfortable during a very difficult time. Hats off to Fairfield Inn!

The property was well cleaned. The room was as advertised. We did have problems with the television but we just didnt call to have them fix it. The restroom is very spacious and the sheets were soft and smelled great. The continental breakfast was delicious. There was something for everyone.
