Cleaning service did not clean the room the second or third night I was there, I had even informed the front desk on the first night then the 2nd night I spoke to the manager, she could only offer to switch rooms or have someone come to my room to clean it, it was 9pm at night, neither choice was good for me and my mother with whom I had come to help her get her house in order after her husband just passed away so we were not in our room all day every day and just got the room to sleep in at the end of very long and tiring days. The manager asked if I would allow the front desk personnel to come video my room which I allowed and also took my own video. Beds were not made or partially made, hair in the sink and in the bathtub, trash not removed. Overall experience was poor. I had to stay an extra night and so they said I had to check out then check back in the next day and I was shocked, the beds were good but there was still hair in the shower. I can only assume that my concerns about cleanliness were not taken seriously and that whoever cleaned was the same person and no one bothered to check behind them.

Immediately upon arrival I began to question the cleanliness of our room. The bedding had questionable stains, the kitchen area was literally falling apart, one bed was partially broken, and there was a rotten banana peel that had been left behind for what was obviously a very long time.

Air conditioners did not cool properly. Unit could not take out the moisture. Room felt damp. No TV guide info and evening attendant showed no interest in this problem when I brought it to her attention. Her response was "She did not know how the cable TV system worked and never volunteer to find out.

The shower and the sink water would not go down. The tube system is old. Whenever we would shower the water would go up to our ankles, it was utterly disgusting. The toilet seat was almost separated from the toilet so whenever we would sit down we would wiggle on the seat, very uncomfortable. A staff member tried to open our door in the middle of the night. It was only after he attempted opening the door without permission that he finally knocked. There was no sense of awareness or privacy. I had to come downstairs in the middle of the night to ask the front desk why in the world someone would try to open our door before knocking, knowing they were part of the staff, turns out it was a reception issue and they wanted to make sure we were the correct individuals in the room. Our experience was horrible and nerve wracking.

Property was average. Breafast was lacking. O Lu had cereal, cinnamon buns, muffins, coffee and orange juice. No waffles or butter for toast. Room was average. You get what you pay for. Property smelled heavily of weed.

Tiles in my batheroom were cracked, charges in room wouldn’t work. They had not second options for charges when I contacted the front desk I was met with basically my problem nothing they could do. For what I paid was expecting better. Was it horrible, no but would expect that kind of room at a lower rated hotel. Otherwise the shuttle driver an other staff were amazing.

I chose this hotel because it was 8.4 rating and it was nothing close to an 8.4. The room was not clean, nothing worked properly, and the overall stay was not pleasant.

Was my first first worst experience booking a room at this location. The room was unmade from the guest before bed, dirty, dirty towels laying around the lobby was dirty. The check in process was awful. The property was paid in advance and a credit authorization was filled out prior to arrival. It was not saved in their system and we were given a tremendous hassle by the lady at the desk. On top of that I had a service animal that I travel every where with. I am quite self conscious about my need for one but she has become part of my life. The clerk was terribly rude regarding my need for a service dog, charged me a pet deposit fee despite my insistence that my service dog was not a pet, and reminded me several times that they weren’t a pet friendly establishment. I am a disabled veteran that travels substantially for work and have never had such a problem with Days In or Wyndham. I will never stay at this hotel again.
