We had roaches in our room the second night had to be moved to new room, the new room had sewage back up in the toilet, smelled the whole room up. last night we had to listen to screaming kids in the pool till 11pm. the staff was excellent though.

Didnt like room didnt have what it had on ad it had sofa bed and not in room. staff were kinda rude when getting breakfest so disorganized...breakfast should be included for price amount

I rarely write reviews, but I thought I would write one to help people. The front desk lady was aloof. I struggled getting my cart with bags in and that was obvious, I loaded up the cart with my belongings & struggled getting it to my room. I was assigned a room extremely far away from the front, and on the 3rd floor. I passed the front desk lady and two other staff, a male and female, who saw that I was struggling and never asked to help me. After getting to my room, I realize there were no towels in the room so called to get them delivered. Took them about 30 minutes to bring them. After that I realized I only had half a roll of toilet paper in the room so called back for more toilet paper, they brought up one roll even though I had booked 2 nights so eventually had to ask for more. The door to the handicap accessible side with the ramp was so heavy I could barely open it. There was no button to automatically open it. I knew check out was noon so I packed up my stuff so I could sleep as long as possible to rest & rejuvenate, but the housekeeping staff ruined that for me. At 10:15 in the morning they knocked & then immediately came into my room, then a few minutes later they tried to come in again slamming door. I do not recommend.

The staff was nice and easy to work with. We arrived an hour after check in and the room was not ready. We had to go find something to do with all our luggage still with us. The coffee in the room were the wrong pods and did not work with the coffee machine.

After Expedia let us down with our original hotel booking, we ended up with last minute reservation at Courtyard. clean room, convenient location to our tourist destinations- six flags, downtown, etc. plenty of local places to eat and shop

It was one of the closest hotels to my sister, who I was visiting. The room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. I did not eat there. The problem that I had was the very dirty air vent in the ceiling which was outside my room at the end of the hall. The forced air flipped my “Do Not Disturb” card as soon as I put it out on the doorknob! It made lots of noise. At first I actually called the front desk because I thought someone was going to break into my room.

The stair way doors were incredibly LOUD an it was hard to get any sleep with closing like a jail cell clang every 15 minutes. you could hear people talking in the hallway as if they were in the room.

The property was clean and smelled clean but the outside areas are unattractive. When i pulled in there was a demolished building and i thought i was robbed however, if you drive in further you see the property! The staff is nice and helpful. My room was clean and bug free. I would recommend this to anyone who is not bougie and is ok with ok. I would return if i needed to.
