This 1925 charmer has everything you need on the inside, plus is located in a walkable area (Chris Madrid's, Bright coffee, Julia's bistro, Blanco cafe, White dragon Chinese, and numerous antique stores all within a 2-10 minute walk). Quick access to I-10. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown and the Pearl. King and queen beds. Washer/dryer. Office. Gym with weights, treadmill, elliptical, row machine and bike. Front porch swing and backyard firepit! Come enjoy SA in this charming home!
