Benchmark in San Antonio

"Room was great and also the staff was nice as well, except the lady at the market place at the hotel in the morning. She was a little rude and not listening to customers properly "

"The check in process needs improvement. Waited in long line to be told our room wasn’t ready. Then another line with the concierge to get our parking pass. Then yet another line at 4:00 to get our room key. All total about an hour. Seems lengthly and unnecessary. And to top it off the room keys didn’t work so had to go back to get new ones. An apology would have been nice. "

"The overall stay was good. Staff was on point, rooms clean and breakfast was good. Wished the soda fountain was working and that sausage were patties and not links. That's just our preference. New owner of the property and was our first time under the Wyndham name. Have stayed there with previous property owner and Wyndham continues providing a great experience. One more thing. Restroo doors would be better swinging out then in. Kinda tight space."

"We got the honeymoon suite and the room was amazing let me start with that. What we did not so much like was the jacuzzi tub is really made for one person. It was a very narrow tub for it to be a honeymoon suite. The room is also not labeled so we went in circles looking for it and my husband asked one of the cleaning ladies and she wasn’t sure until she tried our key on one of the doors and it opened it up. The dining room wasn’t open and said it wouldn’t be until further notice. You can hear the traffic out in the streets and in the hall from people. Oh and parking was the worst. To valet park it’s hard to find but in the parking lot down from the hotel it was $215 for two days. I really enjoyed my stay it was great definitely need some information about parking a little bit better but we had a blast!!"

"room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was yummy and even though it wasn't opened when we needed (volleyball tournament) they had a continental breakfast out for the girls to grab some food. only complaint is they only had "double" beds as an option for more than two people. it would have been sooooooo much nicer with queens. "

"Room size was nice and big but this is not really a luxury hotel. Check in lines long. My car didn’t show locked until 1 hour after I gave it to valet, and gas level was much lower than what I left it. "

"I was there for five days nobody ever came to my room to dump the trash give me clean towels or clean the bed or make the bed. I went down to the front desk six different times she said that they were gonna send somebody up. They never sent nobody up. The pool was closed never opened back up. The staff was unbelievably rude. I will never stay at this place ever again."
