Rooms are basic, but clean. Very well-lit parking lot, so my vehicle felt safe. The staff was excellent. Negatives - you really need a channel guide of some kind in the room. Also - wifi is not good, so plan to bring a hotspot with you or use your phone data. Outside of that, I would definitely stay here again.

Its ok to sleep and nothing spectacular.
Its an ok room. It has a microwave fridge and coffeepot. The room was clean. There was a scent in the room that I particularly didnt care for. Other than that it was a place to sleep in. Great TV time.

Rooms smelt like smoke, were dirty. The one bed at least hadn’t been washed and had dirt in the sheets. Went for continental breakfast and staff were all yelling at front desk. Coffee was just light brown water not drinkable. Would never stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and looked like it had a fresh remodel. The only downside was housekeeping knocking at 9am so loudly on the door I thought it was the cops, just to ask if I wanted the the room serviced that day. The next day I put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign and that solved that issue. Overall. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on staying there again.

Room 116: The door did not close flush with the door facing- side and bottom. This made a very open spaces for bugs and other vermin. The toilet seat was not attached but up against wall. The full length mirror was not attached to wall but instead leaning up against wall without attachment, Two beds with 2 soaps- ridiculous for 2 adults

Third day: only one bed was straightened. Coffee was not restocked:
Mirror was not hung on the wall the entire stay, door not repaired and the supplies were sketchy on their daily restock/ We NEVER asked for limited housekeeping. In fact, we were straight forward with the front office each morning/evening concerning the needs and problems. We were always assured that everything would be fixed etc.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s a short walk to the Alamo and River Walk. The bathroom is terrible - has an active leak behind the wall and signs of mold.

Didn’t like that you still had to pay extra to park there when you already paid for the room, make it more convenient for your customers…just park outside of the property in the street

They need to clarify that they charge for parking when booking. Also I would suggest putting a room for breakfast in the same side of the street where we stayed. We had to walk across the street to eat breakfast. The hotel is divided in n two sections with another hotel in the middle.

The beds were really comfortable, property was clean a bit outdated and older, the location was great, it was within easy walking distance to the river walk and downtown. Lots of restaurants around.
It’s a motel style so you may be on a 2nd level accessible from the outside with stairs you’d need to carry your bags up, just as a warning.

The tub was at an angle and there was a crack in the floor next to the toilet. Forget taking a bath or pooping in the toilet. The toilet will back up. Mysterious stains on the pillow cases and bed sheets. When the door was shut you could see a lot of daylight through the seems.

I like about this hotel, it’s in downtown, the hotel is not what I expected, they charged me for the parking lot and the bathroom was dirty, still with the hair of the people who were before, I would like them to announce that they make a charge for the parking lot, totally disappointed with this hotel.

Was surprised by an added $16 parking fee. Hard to understand the staff. I think he was helpful enough. Just hard to know when I couldn't understand him and I was not thrilled with the surprise charge for parking in this empty lot. Grounds could have been taken care of better. Very small breakfast area. Still seemed like a nice value for the location. Don't mean to be all negative. You get what you pay for. No worries. It was clean and comforatable.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, there were very visible urine marks all over the toilet seat. The highway is also right beside the property and you can hear any honking and general traffic
