They wouldn’t let my brother stay there because he didn’t have a card and they still haven’t returned the money because it was booked through Expedia. I cannot figure out how to get the refund through Expedia and the hotel could care less

Short staffed, had to get extra towels. Room was average.

Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk
The room was exquisite but the decor could have used some updating unless they truly wanted to maintain a certain area. We had an exquisite from our terrace and the riverwalk is only an elevator ride away. It was a very pleasant upgrade surprise.
