Clean, comfortable basoc rooms. Very convenient location right off the interstate and 5min from the airport. However, bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, given interstate noise. Friendly staff and ample, free parking.

The gentlemen at the front desk had to have been one of the rudest hotel encounters I’ve ever experienced. And not only on one occasion. On numerous interactions over a week. It’s was almost as if checking me in were an inconvenience. I’ll not stay here again. Based solely off how rude that young man was.

We were charged twice for the $15 Shuttle fee to the airport because the clerk said my card did not go through for the extra $15 and charged my husband's card. And the supposed free shuttle only works after 6 AM which totally eliminates the opportunity to use them for an early flight

the staff at the hotel are fantastic! very kind, friendly and professional!! they were the only bright spot in my stressful trip. shuttle to/from airport is so convenient. hotel is quiet in room and halls. only thing is it surrounded by highways so didnt feel comfortable walking around and far to walk to resteraunts. a big shout out to manny and other staff front desk and housekeeping who made me feel so comfortable-they deserve raises (i stayed may 2 & 3)!

I booked the hotel for the free shuttle. I also booked for the free breakfast. There is a paper sign over the breakfast hours to say it's closed. Their website, and the Expedia website, list the amenity. I recognize the hotel is not a resort but there were lots of stains on the carpet. Because of the location we couldn't really walk anywhere safely and had to resort to a food delivery service to eat dinner. The first staff member was friendly. The second just worked there and didn't engage in any conversation at checkout. I would've paid more to stay somewhere else. I wouldn't return.

The linens seemed to be fresh, otherwise the property is dirty. Don't take off your socks, holes and stains in the curtains, and it's not in a very safe area and not enough parking, but you are directly next to the airport and it was ok for simple few hours to get a fast sleep only for 3 people to split the $113. The breakfast wasn't available and looks like it hasn't been for a long time.

Upon arriving at the check-in desk, I was informed that a credit card was required for a deposit. However, I was surprised to learn that the deposit amount was $60, which exceeded the cost of my nightly stay. In my previous experiences at lower-cost accommodations, the deposit requirement typically did not exceed $20. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the facilities were subpar, with cockroaches observed running along the bathroom walls.

Property is near the airport. The attendant provided shuttle drop off at airport. Less than 10 minutes drive. The room is small, a little bit cramped with 2 stuffed chairs. I could have one desk chair instead. Bed was comfortable. The place is clean. Has mini-fridge and microwave, small coffee maker. No USB plugs and only one accessible plug for charger not to near night stand or desk. Has drawers to put clothes in, a small TV, hangers in closet, and ironing board/iron. Room was quiet considering how close it is to the freeway. It was advertised with breakfast, but the breakfast room was closed "for safety reasons." I did not reall miss the breakfast, but it should be taken out the the property features. I would stay here again.

Noisy fan in my room, also strange odor that eventually went away w/ the AC on. Excellent bed, excellent shower (plenty of hot water!), staff were very helpful, friendly. Hotel is older, but fairly clean. Note - airport shuttle service is by reservation only and stops at 11pm. My flight arrived at 11:30 pm and so I had to use Lyft to drive me there.

The room was extremely clean, the bed and pillows were great. Can't say a lot about the surroundings, but, I got the place because it was so close to the airport.😉Can't blame the hotel for that. I was actually really surprised by how nice the place was because it wasn't expensive. I will definitely book again if I am in the area again.

Over priced and over rated.
This hotel should never have received a rating over 5. Who are these people rating it so high? Overpriced for the area and what it is. It is old. The parking lot is dark and tiny with awkwardly placed spots. There is no elevator. The poorly done renovations do little to hide it's age. Big handwritten sign announcing dining room is closed. The one redeeming factor was a comfortable bed. I knew when I checked in at midnight, that I would only stay one night. I moved to a different hotel for 2nd night.

Everything was really good except for some small issues with the room needing some updating. Corner of the wall as you walk in is chipped a lot from people hitting it with suitcases and such, carpet seems to need cleaning (was a little damp feeling), mold in the corners of the shower. Other than that it was quiet and we felt safe staying there.
