Such a perfect spot

Steps from downtown San Anselmo, this place is an absolutely beautiful one bedroom. Nice hot tub, parking, perfect little kitchen. Have stayed twice

The property was spacious, super clean and up-to-date. Hosts are very welcoming, friendly and communicative. The town is barely a 5 minute walk away, has a great vibe and is stuffed with dining and shopping options. There was a food and music festival that was really fun and showed the community spirit of the place. We would happily stay there again!

excellent place for a mini-getaway

we stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect. Mark is very responsive, and it was easy to find the place and get in. the place is very clean and modern. we love that it is very walkable to downtown with lots of great restaurant options. our son (3.5 yo) loved the place - the twin bed/lounger right next to our bed, the sliding doors, and the basket ball hoop! he actually asked if we can go back to this vacation house next time :)

The basketball court is nicely sized. We did not feel that there was much “city noise” at all. The place was very clean and comfortable. Will be back for sure!

Excellent accommodation

This place is super clean, super cute, and super convenient. Was really impressed by the inviting modern interior which is comfortable and immaculate. The outdoor private fenced courtyard with hot tub and seating area allowed my family to relax outside at the end of each day. We loved all the special touches in the house to make us feel at home. This place was really convenient for accessing the coast around Stinson Beach/Muir Woods, Golden Gate Recreation Area, Sausalito, and the city. We could walk to breakfast cafes and restaurants. We were impressed and would love to stay again on a future trip. The host provided just the right amount of communication and information.

Good option

This unit was very well located with easy (10min) walking access to downtown. Mark was really responsive as a host and had this unit very clean and well appointed. Although in a building near a busy road, it is on the back side and we did not find road noise to be a problem. The small yard is an added benefit although we couldn't use it much as the weather was so bad. Next time!
