"We had a great stay at this hotel, made even better by the staff—they are unbelievably friendly, polite, and warmly engaging. You can tell they are actively working to improve the property, which is great to see. However, our biggest issue was the pool closing so early at 7:00 PM. Most travelers and foreign tourists don't return to the hotel until 5:00 or 6:00 PM after a day out, leaving almost no time to relax. Keeping the pool open later would be a massive upgrade, especially with the great rooftop view and restaurant. It would encourage guests to stay upstairs, order food and drinks, and make the most of their evenings. Overall, great experience and service. Recommended!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Gran Sirenis Hotel in San Andrés! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were great, and the location is perfect for enjoying the incredible Caribbean views and turquoise water. Overall, a wonderful experience—we would definitely come back!"

"This is a nice hotel 2 blocks from the beach. The breakfast was decent with a good assortment although most items were coldish. The hotel was clean and the decor is new and nice. I wish coffee and tea were included throughout our stay. Alcoholic drinks are $13 a drink and weak so I only ordered 2. The pool area is nice, however on the 2nd day there was a big pile of something floating in it. The pool is warm. Overall, we recommend. The staff is friendly."
