"A truly memorable stay thanks to the exceptional and attentive staff, especially Paula, who went above and beyond. Breakfast is a must-try! Light sleepers should avoid front-facing rooms due to road noise. Renting a 'mula' (buggy) for DIY island exploration is highly recommended. While the hotel boasts a lovely ocean view, consider that it lacks direct ocean access. The pool, though aesthetically pleasing, is rather small."

"Reservamos 4 noches en esta propiedad, pero nos vimos obligados a hacer check-out a mitad de la estadía por múltiples problemas. El baño tenía una ventana que no cerraba, lo que permitía la entrada constante de hormigas. Estas terminaban en nuestros cepillos de dientes, toallas y cualquier cosa que quedara sobre el lavamanos. "This hotel has it all, the staff is amazing. They were really nice with us from the moment we walked in. We got there early and they offered to leave our luggage in a safe place until room was ready so we can go eat or walk around. But they gave me a room quick without hesitation or early charges. Shara is one of the staff who was always with a happy smile in her face, polite and always asked if we needed something. The bar staff making them drinks on point, really good specially the morning crew in the first floor. Second shift was great too but we had more communication with early shift. The food was good too, everyday morning, afternoon and evening. The beach super close just a block away, stores, dining, the piers to do the tours wasnt far. This location was the best option. The only thing that I didnt or we didnt like is that they close the pool too early at 6:30pm and bars at 12midnight. Other than that I recommend 100%"

"As soon as I arrive the hospitality was amazing. Receptionist were friendly and helpful even before I landed to the island. My flight was delayed and they made it very welcoming introducing me to all the things the island had to offer. My bed had the extra blankets. I was flying solo and I basically was provided with my personal driver. I got sun burn and they had lotion ready for me to use. You do need a taxi to move around the island. However the nearest public beach is 13 min walk and it was safe during the day. The view was great each time I had breakfast. Breakfast was good. Well served and mix. It is not buffet style. I loved the decor on the entire property to take good selfies. Bed was comfortable, clean, good size, and decorated differently daily. I think the cleaning crew are so creative when they know who their guests are. Staff are friendly, caring and anything you need just call or ask. They are fast. Water pressure in the shower was low in my room. Took some time to warm up the water. Overall, everything worked with perfection. I would definitely go again to this hotel. "

"I love the view from my room, clean. Free breakfast made to order enough to fill u up from eggs to pancakes with juice coffe and fruit plate. The staff extremely friendly and señor Ramiro help us rent a mula to move around the island, i recommend it to see all island. But if u dont want to spend to much money the bus passes right in front of the guest house and it passes by el centro, airport and the bech."
