"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season.
The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either.
They are keeping their property available in Expedia while they were not open for the season just to move the guest in the other hotels in...

O espaço pequeno para as malas (tínhamos 4 ao total). Café da manhã delicioso e bem variado. Banheiro tudo funcionou perfeitamente. "What a gem of a place. Right in amongst the hustle and bustle of the old town but on a quiet street that you can wander back to after some incredible food. The room was fantastic, the breakfast incredible and the terrace was a stunning place to take in the sunset. Can’t recommend this place enough. Spotlessly clean and comfy beds. He greeted us as soon as we arrived in the car and showed us to a parking space directly outside the property.
The masseria is stunning and the rooms are very unique! My first thought was, is this a museum or a hotel!? It was marvellous.

"We had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. It was very central to all the attractions and restaurants but was quiet at night. The staff were lovely and friendly & any questions were answered promptly. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Beach was 3 min walk from hotel and we were 8 min drive from Gallipoli, there were a few coffee and snack restaurants close by. Hotel room were clean breakfast was great and employees were very nice "
"Hotel is in nice location on the beach. However some staff were a little standoffish & not very attentive. Solo traveller rooms are ok size, beds are small singles not very comfortable. Showers are exceptionally small, I have been on cruise ships with bigger shower space. When door is closed there is very little room to manouvre or wash properly. Location of single rooms right next to lifts, therefore guest movement, children screaming, running along corridor made for a very restless stay. Very little in the way of food and beverage services and due to remote location, car is needed to drive to nearby restaurants and bars most of which 10-15 minutes away. Buffet dinner at hotel is €35 per day. Sorry but I would not stay here again. "
