"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"Fomos tão bem recebidos por Lore e Giusepe! Agradecidos pela hospitalidade . Quarto confortável apesar de travesseiro duro (apenas para mim, meu marido não se incomodou). O espaço pequeno para as malas (tínhamos 4 ao total). Café da manhã delicioso e bem variado. Banheiro tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Easy walk to the old city, and parking in their lot a huge benefit. Highly recommend this hotel to get the most out of a visit to Gallipoli without having to navigate the old city streets with a car.
