"Resort is excellent and staff great. We were in a villa with a semi-private pool which was fantastic. Breakfast was fine, some of the buffet food could have been hotter - just go for the egg station. Was lacking shade on the beach, and the beach is not good for swimming. "

"Hotel was stunning! Gardens and Pool Area were amazing! Staff from all sections were very attentive.Shout out to Kadek at the restaurant in the evenings, young guy who went out of his way to assist and give individualised service! We had an Ocean view room which was wonderful, can hear waves on beach, although room 213 close to pool area so not very private. Bit of a distance to town area, and whilst shuttle was advertised at set times, taxi service is available from reception for 30k which is a far better option (although not mentioned at check in - would suggest in future). Buffet breakfast was nice, restaurant meals were good, but drink prices quite expensive (65k a small Bintang outside prices around 35k). Definitely would stay again. "

"Very friendly staff, helpful and kind, even learned our names and remember them. Enjoyed that we tried to speak some of their language. The breakfast buffet only on weekends was beyond enjoyable. The staff suggested a private beach, which turned out to be very excellent."

"We lucked out staying here. The property is older, needing a bit of upkeep. But as far as the rooms go, they were great, the bed was comfy. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise and the ocean. The pool lounges were comfortable and rarely full. The staff were so friendly and helpful, arranging trips and tours for us. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. "If you are looking for a place that is quiet, peaceful surrounded by beautiful gardens and beachfront, this is for you. Situated approximately 2 hours north of Denpasar, it is well worth the trip. The staff were super friendly, the rooms and amenities very clean and tidy. A good spot to base yourself for sight seeing in Eastern Bali. I recommend utilising tour bookings at the hotel, using a driver and guide. We had Desy, as our guide, who was very informative with a cheerful deposition. Food options were very good with various options at the three restaurants. There is an ATM across the road from the hotel with a couple of local eateries and a small convenience store. The hotel arranged transport transfers for us, with no issue. In all, we enjoyed our week here and will be back for a future stay. "

"I went for my big birthday, staff were very kind and helpful in surprising me on the day. They made my birthday really special. Apart from that the place was private, welcoming, beautiful and safe to roam around at anytime, early hours in the morning or late at night. Great staff and fresh lovely choice of food. Beautiful for relaxing, sunrise and sunset, also lots of beautiful places to visit a short taxi ride away from resort. Hotel have good taxi driver at short notice, anytime, i recommend Deya has a good driver, he will show you the local area. I would stay there again. loved it. "
