"I loved my stay! The room isn't brand new, and there's some wear and tear (the towels were HORRIBLE---stained, ragged, I didn't use them on my body/face), but overall the room was in decent shape, and the view/balcony was worth it. I like that the room comes with food to feed the animals (giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests were near my room). The room is spacious. Even though there's no elevator, getting to upper-level rooms is easy peasy because there's a ramp. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend others to check out this unique property. FYI- Dinner at the restaurant can get crazy with the Night Safari folks rushing in and around to eat and make their event times."

"This hotel was amazing!!! We had the best experience we could have asked for. Each night they arrange a different event for the guests, We had a BBQ on the beach one night and an acoustic performance finished with karaoke on our last night, which ended it perfectly. The staff were ever so helpful and attentive, as well as extremely friendly and welcoming. 5 stars and would definitely stay again!"

"What you see online is what you get in person. It was a beautiful room and property. Staff is very friendly and accommodating (they do struggle a bit speaking English, but they get their job done). It was a bonus that there is a full gym and lap pool that we had entirely to ourselves when we were there!"

"The view and restaurant is indeed lovely and breakfast was good. Unfortunately the resort is not suitable for anyone who isn't completely mobile or elderly. The numerous stairs, especially without any hand railings made it a struggle and unsafe. This includes the lower pool, where there is no railing to get out of the pool. I had also expected that the resort/my room would be in the beach. This isn't the case. While I had an ocean view, it was obstructed, and getting to the beach required a walk back to the pool, then down the stairs. Rather disappointing as the photos show something else. And be aware that the stairs going to the bathroom at night are somewhat inconvenient. It's a 3 star hotel, so that's what you're paying for, even despite getting the deluxe ocean view cabin."

"This is a very quiet, under-the-radar resort located in a peaceful part of Bali. It’s definitely not the place if you’re looking for noise or a lively atmosphere, but if you want genuine relaxation and tranquility, this is a great choice. Special thanks to Chris and his team who made an extra effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The resort has a huge swimming pool which was a highlight for us. There is a restaurant on-site, though dining options within the hotel are limited. That said, there are a few good local restaurants nearby so you still have some nice choices. One downside is that parts of the property feel a little dated but considering the age of the hotel, it’s not too bad. It would also be nice to see more activities especially for kids to make it more family-friendly."
