"All was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of things to offer as amusement and some good restaurants outside. We enjoyed this hotel very much. The only problem is the little rooms and the tiny bathroom. Not comfortable. "

Yes we are next to the trams and close to the train stations but no sound was heard. The breakfast was really good and with plenty of variety! "We didn't want the wine so were given other beverages. The staff was extra helpful. There is a small art gallery on site. Very convenient location. Only 15 walk to Serdika Metro Station. "

"This hotel is simply perfect. I don't understand why it's said to be three stars. İt is five stars. The room is very big, the bathroom is very big. Most importantly everything is very clean and the layout is great. The restaurant is amazing, spacious and relaxing. The choice of the breakfast is great. İmportantly for us we needed a safe parking space. The hotel has an underground, secure car park with a lift giving access to the hotel floors. We only stayed one night as a stop over, not to do touristy things. So I can't comment on location etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
