"Stayed for 2 nights and everything we needed were just there: towels for pools (different than the towels in the suites), drinking water, and a range of toiletries were available including a shaving kit. Room was great and the balcony had a rack to hang wet clothes.
With very limited options, or at least cheap options, in breakfast places in the Alona beach area, the free breakfast made our stay so much better. For the two breakfasts we had, some dishes were different on the second day. We paid for their dinner buffet as well and it also had a great variety of food available.
Staff from ALL departments were great - they were very accommodating and always available.
Despite the steep price, it was well worth it."

"We had a lovely stay at this resort. The location and facilities provide an opportunity to both rest and relax or enjoy the activity of Alona. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and dinner one night, the spacious rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful and always polite. "

"Hotel Dumaguete is stylish an dthoughtfully designed.
The room was comfortable with all the basic amenities you needed. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, attentive, and consistently fantastic from check-in to checkout.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. You’re right in the middle of everything, which makes getting around effortless. And having multiple dining options on the property is a huge plus! The food was excellent across the board.
