I don't usually leave reviews buttt this establishment is excellent! Extremely clean, air conditioning is elite and the free breakfast is not your average continental breakfast. The staff was amazing, made us omelettes and homestyle breakfast. The towels smelled like fabric softener, doesn't get cleaner than that. Wifi was fast, the area was very safe- near the Malecon and restaurants (try Mar y Tierra restaurant if you want some good food)

CASH ONLY! Be prepared for this. The staff was incredibly friendly. Check in and out was easy and fast. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Free off the street parking. This hotel is located fairly close to everything you need. We ate at the restaurant there for dinner, service was good and food was ok. Breakfast in the morning was made to order. Only a couple options but was nice before we got on with our trip. Only negative thing I can say is the water was cold when we first tried to shower. The front desk said it was being addressed. We waited a bit and then it was hot. So they did resolve the issue quickly. Overall it was a great overnight stay for us. Nice rooms, ac was perfect and the breakfast in the morning was an added bonus! Would recommend!

Nice stay

The Hotel is in a great location. Just a short walk to the Malecón were you have restaurants and night life. I felt safe to walk around day and night. The staff is friendly and well mannered specially Jose at the front desk, bell staff was prompt and friendly. The morning team at the breakfast area was cheerful and friendly. The food selection was fresh and delicious. No credit cards accepted only cash. There is no information or details on the Hotels.com website it coughs us by surprise thankfully we had enough cash on hand. It would be nice if the staff knew a little information of things to do or history hi lights. We will be back!!

Excelente Hotel, muy buena atencion en todos sus servicios y sobre todo, muy céntrico. De todas maneras muy recomendable. Como punto de mejora, la señal de internet en la habitación si fue pésima pero no sé si fue por las lluvias continuas.

I stayed with my 2 lady friends. We came to Samana to see the whales. The hotel was so immediately inviting on entering the lobby. Every detail from the lovely wall waterfall and greenery as you enter, the striking art displays and the pleasant and helpful young lady at the desk made our stay a lovely experience. The included full breakfast on the rooftop was fresh and delicious. The servers were pleasant, quick and attentive. We also had dinner in the ground floor restaurant. Again, the service was excellent and the food delicious. Prices are very reasonable. The receptionist was always pleasant and helpful. She was able to let us check in early. She also arranged a taxi for us to El Limón at a very reasonable price. The hotel location is just a few minutes walk to the Malecon and the waterfront. Restaurants, shops, a bank and a pharmacy are in just a short walk. I highly recommend and will return when visiting the area.
