We stayed here with a family of 4. Check in with the hotel just up the block was easy and seamless and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is great, very clean and 2 small bedrooms of the entry corridor, this allowed our family to spread out. Location is very central with a short walk over the river to the Old Town but also plenty of dinning options from the front door. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The apartment was lovely, very historic and modern at the same time! The "new town" location is perfect for exploring Salzburg with lots of dining choices nearby as well as a Spar grocery store.
Conveniently located and on a quiet little street. Honestly a huge plus in my book was the secure luggage room. It was so nice to have a little room to store my luggage in while waiting for my train and it had a private clean bathroom in it!!!
The space was perfect! Our daughter had her own room for this leg of the trip which meant we all slept more soundly. The shower was huge, the space was well-stocked and we so appreciated the storage as well. If I had any complaint it was that we were unable to adjust the thermostat setting so we were a bit warm at night.
Fantastic Accommodations! Beautiful area easy to get to all the sites and shops. Had so much fun. Will recommend to all my friends and family for future trips. Would love to stay in other properties!!!
We just traveled the past 3 weeks through Europe and this was our favorite place we stayed. We are a family of 4 and stayed in the top suite (#9), which is like a 300 year old building- super unique experience. Very clean with modern touches but you could feel the history. This combined with their exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (Dominik was just one of them) really took it all to the next level. Great location to go explore amazing Salzburg. Can't recommend it enough.
Big beautiful accommodations...highly recommended!
Loved the huge beautiful loft! Fantastic accommodation with small kitchen, fridge, kettle and safe. Had 2 extra smaller bedrooms perfect for children and big comfy furniture. 2 minute walk to bus stop and Mirabel Gardens. 5 minute walk to Old Town. Lots of places to eat on the same street or one street away. Check in across the street and with electronic codes was very easy so don't have to carry any keys. Birds sing to you as you enter the hotel hallway is a cute touch. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful old building, clean, nicely updated, good kitchen, nice bathroom, excellent storage, good seating. No A/C so open windows bring in noise, and smoke. Excellent location, and very helpful staff.
Recommend Augustiner-Brau's beer garden.
The hotel staff is very friendly. I checked in much earlier than the scheduled time. I worried a little bit when I knew that there is not front desk. But it has worked out just fine. The location is right in the center of the actions. I could walk from the hotel to restaurants, theater, opera house, and museums. I west to Salzburg for its international music festival. I could walk to the concerts and operas every day from the hotel, very convenient. Even though it is in the middle busy city, the room is very quiet and charming. I have had a wonderful time. Will highly recommend it to family and friends.
The location of this place is outstanding! Central and walking distance to everything imaginable. It’s also located in a very cute street with restaurants and coffee shops very close by. The staff is so friendly! Although it’s a virtual check in and no reception on-site, there’s a hotel across the street that can help you with anything you need.
I would like to call out a few things though - our apartment was on the top floor so we had to walk up a few flights of stairs. No elevators, so if walking stairs is an issue I’m not sure this is the place for you. Also the shower doesn’t have a door that closes so water overflows on the floor everytime. They replace towels everyday. Additionally the water goes from hot to cold sometimes and back to hot, but I’d deal with it because of the location.
I would definitely stay here again!
Their payment system was broken and they charged me twice for my stay. They said they couldn’t refund to my credit card and needed my bank information?!? 5 days later and I’m still waiting for my refund. Then, they were doing construction work when I arrived. A ladder was blocking my door. They had to move it to let me in, then as I entered, drywall dust fell all over me and my belongings. The construction then continued for a while. Then, the shower ran out of hot water THREE times during my stay, even when taking very conservative showers (turning water off while washing my hair, low water pressure, etc). The room was very clean, spacious, and good location though.
