The sound of birds chirping as you walk into the complex is a very nice touch. More amenities than I knew what to do with which is a good thing and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very nice and we loved how centrally located it was. The only downside was it was noisy at night if you had to open the windows to cool it down. Other than that we loved it!

The location for touring on foot was excellent. The Staff was hugely kind and helpful.They even gave us chocolate bunny during our stay over easter.Our luggage was delayed several days and they laundered for us.For free, we had definitely stay there again

We stayed here with a family of 4. Check in with the hotel just up the block was easy and seamless and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is great, very clean and 2 small bedrooms of the entry corridor, this allowed our family to spread out. Location is very central with a short walk over the river to the Old Town but also plenty of dinning options from the front door. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay

The apartment was lovely, very historic and modern at the same time! The "new town" location is perfect for exploring Salzburg with lots of dining choices nearby as well as a Spar grocery store.

We stayed in the loft for three days in July 2026 and our stay was excellent. The loft is gorgeous and was a nice surprise. When I booked the hotel, the loft wasn't available, but then we were upgraded to it. Everything was fully functional, extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also great for traveling with children as there are two additional small bedrooms with a small single and a desk. The whole thing is around 600sq ft, which is very large for European standards. The location is also fantastic with a lot of restaurants and shopping around. The only conditions under which I would NOT recommend booking the loft is - You cant carry your luggage up stairs. The loft is on the third floor (second if counting in German) and there is no elevator - You are sensitive to sleeping with light. The top skylights do not have blinds, so in the summer it's already daylight at 5am - You are sensitive to noise. The businesses start making noise at 5am during the week lugging things on cobblestone. You can also hear from other apartments. We had a very much "in love" couple below us that we could hear our first night. I do plan on staying here again next time I am in Salzburg as it is one of the nicest places I had ever stayed.

Conveniently located and on a quiet little street. Honestly a huge plus in my book was the secure luggage room. It was so nice to have a little room to store my luggage in while waiting for my train and it had a private clean bathroom in it!!!

The space was perfect! Our daughter had her own room for this leg of the trip which meant we all slept more soundly. The shower was huge, the space was well-stocked and we so appreciated the storage as well. If I had any complaint it was that we were unable to adjust the thermostat setting so we were a bit warm at night.

Exceptional and Unique

We just traveled the past 3 weeks through Europe and this was our favorite place we stayed. We are a family of 4 and stayed in the top suite (#9), which is like a 300 year old building- super unique experience. Very clean with modern touches but you could feel the history. This combined with their exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (Dominik was just one of them) really took it all to the next level. Great location to go explore amazing Salzburg. Can't recommend it enough.
