"The house was not a 1 min walk to the beach as stated on the listing. The “beach access” by the office looked like a hazard with all the construction debris everywhere. The pool was warm but had a green hint to it. The house was nasty and not at all what it looked liked on the listing. The floor made socks and feet black, there were ants, the house itself is not comfortable for anyone taller than 6’ or for anyone that doesn’t have a narrow body shape. As an average sized person I barely fit...

Walk to the Bay! Getaway Near Alligator River

"This was an amazing experience for myself, daughter, son in law and my just turned 16 year old grandson. This was his birthday vacation we do every year if we can. House was extremely clean. Able to bring his dog Price for pet fee was really good Quite, able to walk across the street to the bay. Driving distance to everywhere and everything We are going to rent this house again and will do more then just 5 days!! I highly recommend, if you want a quieter spot away from the super busier...

"The only complaint we had was the noise level after 10PM. There was a man that played his guitar with amplifiers off and on all night. The only interaction I had with a staff member was handled excellently. She was so nice!"

"My family loved staying here for our summer vacation! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The house had everything that we needed! The kitchen was stocked, plenty of towels, and lots of outdoor beach toys and gear! Anytime I had a question, I would reach out to Amber and she was very responsive! Some questions I had, she already provided the answers with the property details. She is very friendly and willing to give recommendations, which were awesome! Lots to do in the area within walking distance or a short drive! I would recommend not going to the beach through the access close to the property. You have to walk up a dune and then walk down to get to the beach. It can be challenging especially if you have a lot of beach gear. Less than a mile down the road is a public beach access. We had such a great time! Thank you!!"

"I feel like for the money this was an awesome vacation home only complaints I had was where the previous people who stayed in the home didn’t take there trash out on time so there was a lot of trash left behind. Our washer machine was broken and the hot tub was dirty but I pushed those up to management and they got both of those things fixed by the next day. I love there area was definitely what me and my family needed I would go there again this being my first verbo and beach house experience I’d say it was well worth it. Only thing I could suggest is some of the stuff yall have outside could be updated a lil the crab trans fishing gear and bike were not useable. Aside from those small things I’d can comfortably say I would come back"

Perfect location, much more affordable than most others. And our hosts…they are awesome. Seriously such a kind and helpful couple, always responsive and you can tell they just want you to have the best time. We can’t wait to come back every year. Thank you "
