Villa close to the dordogne border so ideal for exploring both the Lot and Dordogne valley. Quiet location not far from Salviac village with supermarket, cafe, restaurant, bakery and petrol. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven. Comfortable sitting room and adjoining dining room. Large garden with outdoor eating from gas plancha (bbq). Wi-Fi, TV + DVD and 10x5 pool. Electric shutters and large electric awning. All 3 bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. Separate downstairs cloakroom and utility room. All you need for a wonderful holiday.

Luxury villa in Salviac
A great place to stay, villa was spotless and had everything you need from kitchen utensiles to pool towels, sun bed cushions etc. Very nice welcome package supplied by host. Beautiful gardens and surrounding countryside. 1 mile out of town where you can get all the supplies needed. Host was very responsive & a great communicator. Couldnt be happier with our holiday, would definately recommend.

Amazing villa
We had the perfect week in Villa Pavoine, a real home from home with the best pool. The villa is just stunning, incredibly well equipped, really comfortable with a wonderful warm swimming pool. We love the area as it is brilliant for road cycling and fell in love with the home too. We would love to return. The owners are very easy to communicate with and lovely. Thank you so much.

Perfect home from home
Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this gem of a house is all you will need for an idyllic getaway. The house is stunning, set within a majestic garden and perfectly detached from neighbours. Inside is superbly decorated, personalised with beautiful furnishings ensuring full comfort, has a kitchen which is fully endowed for every type of cuisine, bedrooms which have ample storage and beds that are luxurious. Outside adjacent to a covered veranda there is a well maintained pool with ample sun loungers, a huge gas BBQ and plenty of dining areas. The whole place was breathtaking and luxurious. Our hosts were amazing and kept in touch if we needed them and welcomed us with a small comfort package of various wines,water and milk. This is by far the best house in France we have ever stayed in. Salviac is picturesque and walkable. We also enjoyed kayaking at nearby Vitriac.

Location de grande qualité. Maison très accueillante et fonctionnelle. Un cadre reposant et stimulant avec une grande piscine et un beau jardin. Christopher est très accueillant et ses conseils sur la Région ont été très utiles pour découvrir les sites proches de la Dordogne et du Lot

Splendide
Christopher a été très réactif et très à l'écoute. La Maison est merveilleuse, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, très agréable avec un jardin magnifique et reposant. Tout est pensé pour faciliter le quotidien des vacanciers ( livrets d'accueil avec des prospectus, draps, serviettes, papiers toilette, produits ménagers...).Mention spéciale pour la superbe piscine qui a fait notre bonheur. Semaine au top !!!
