There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt.

Quarto cheio de baratinhas e muito mofo. Pra quem tem alergia melhor procurar outro hotel, sai de lá com a rinite atacadissima. O hotel só e bom pra quem não pode pagar um valor a mais, a piscina só abre das 10 as 20:00 o que eu achei um absurdo. Quem faz o checkout as 12 só tem menos de 2 horas pra usar a piscina. No último dia entraram no meu quarto sem nem bater na porta, quase me vêem pelada (ainda não era nem 11 horas) ou seja privacidade também não tem. Café da manhã para o valor compensa. Camas não muito confortáveis. O box do banheiro e desregulado e molha todo o lado de fora. Não tem 1 espelho fora do banheiro e nem guarda roupa. Mas o horário da piscina realmente me incomodou pra quem gosta de entrar bem cedinho. Fora que o espaço é minúsculo pra tanta gente e só tem 2 cadeiras e 1 mesa. Hotel precisa urgente de um reparo, já me hospedei em 2019 e nunca passou por reforma segue a mesma coisa.

Funcionários sempre muito atenciosos e educados. Elevador nos fez passar muito estresse demoravamos quase 20 minutos para conseguir descer 7 andares. Muito barulho no prédio. Localização excelente com pizzaria, supermercado e churrascaria ao lado, bairro aparentemente tranquilo e seguro. roupa de cama não aparentava estar totalmente limpa e a coberta tem q ser solicitada na recepção. Ficamos no quarto 510 e a vista é sensacional. Quarto bem limpinho, funcionários super educados. Café da manhã extremamente saboroso. Área da piscina foi o único ponto que chamou minha atenção no quesito da limpeza, mas não por conta dos funcionários e sim pelos hóspedes. (Muitos levaram bebidas em lata, até fralda…e não jogavam no devido lugar, então, por favor se conscientizem…pq pra um ambiente permanecer limpo, precisa da colaboração de TODOS. A piscina precisa melhorar um pouco, os azulejos estão se soltando e ao arredor da piscina tem muito acúmulo de lixo que as pessoas acaba jogando. A área de banho de sol também é pequena, não comportando muitas pessoas, pois não possui muito espaço para colocar muitas cadeiras. Fora isso o hotel fica em uma localização boa, próximo da praia, de mercado, de praças, tem patinetes próximo que dá para ir para outros bairros próximos. Gostei da localização.

Infelizmente as fotos do hotel na internet não condizem com a realidade. E a limpeza assim que demos o check in não estava nada boa. Cobrei capricho e nos próximos dias ficou bem limpo. Os atendentes não se preocupam em agradar ao cliente, não atendem mal, mas não se esforçam para conquistar. O café é razoável, ficamos uma semana inteira e não há variação. Os arredores tem um mini mercado, fruteira, restaurante bom, mas a praia em si não é muito boa. Não recomendo o lugar para turistas de fora.
