In addition to everything the space offers, it also has an elevator for people with mobility difficulties, a ground floor suite, also accessible, providing the greatest comfort and accessibility!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 nights will be charged consumption;

***A deposit of R$2.500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Praia Bella is one of two recently inaugurated condominiums in Praia do Forte. You will be able to enjoy an incredible lagoon bordered by a cycle path, without having a high-end club with swimming pools, bar, party room, barbecue, sauna, massage room, academy, 2 tennis courts, soccer fields, beach volleyball and beach tennis, pet space, children's space, landscaping and a modern security system.
