Foi tudo maravilhoso neste hotel. Foi a primeira vez que fiquei em um hotel com cerveja, Coca-Cola e água disponíveis. Gostei muito da limpeza, do atendimento rápido e do delicioso café da manhã. Vou sentir muita falta deste hotel, que é excelente. Espero voltar em breve, pois tive uma experiência maravilhosa.

Infelizmente tive alguns incômodos com os quartos, tinha uma pingueira no primeiro quarto que estive, porém, de imediato eles me trocaram de quarto. Outro problema foi com o elevador, teve um momento que ele parou entre dois andares. Não tem acessibilidade, para quem é cadeirante não é um bom hotel. Mas as acomodações eram limpas e os atendentes super simpáticos e prestativos. A localização é muito boa, fica perto do farol, em frente a praia. Pelo custo benefício é bom.

hotel falta manutençao ,tempo foi deteriorando e foi ficando ,falta uma boa administração e uma ótima equipe de manutrnção e limpeza ,o hotel tem q entender que arrumadeira ajeita quarto não faz faxina coisas simples que com uma faxina se resolvia as coisas velhas poderiam ser trocadas a questão capricho ,o elevador com produto e boa vontade ficaria ótimo a recepção também ,o café da manhã as coisas colocadas de qualquer jeito sem capricho as pessoas trabalhando de chinelo escutando louvor , religião 3 uma coisa particular poderia ser TD mais limpo Bombril e limpa alumínio os réchaud precisa ser lavado ,uma torradeira doméstica para um hotel ,pão de bisnaga não tinham nem trabalho de separar ,as frutas cortadas grosseiras muito ruim falta vontade de fazer e profissionalismo tem Senac na cidade pessoas q estudam para isso q poderiam aproveitar mas colocam pessoas sem experiência e conhecimento ,lugar ótimo a vista do quarto da frente ótima ,mas não vão sair disso daí para pior se não melhorarem da para fazer muito melhor se eu faria ,profissionais fariam mais ainda o simples não quer dizer de qualquer jeito jogado ,falta espelho no quarto,cabide no banheiro ,vaso sanitário vazando o tempo todo e mal cheiro que é evitado com reparos o ar condicionado colado com esparadrapo falta realmente administração

Pela segunda vez me hospedo neste hotel. Ótima localização, da para caminhar até Farol da Barra, próximo da área central Pelourinho e praia. Quartos bons, café bem servido e atendimento maravilhoso.
