They had kids activities with monitors all day everyday and it was amazing. The pool and all the kids things were amazing. The little side barracas with food were a hit and the kids loved it.

I really enjoyed my time at Stella Maria. Good vibe with decent food options and buffet. Slight downside was the bathroom was a little dirty. Hair dryer had dust and hair on it, and some other spots around the bathroom. But honestly, that's a small complaint. The resort felt very safe and the staff all had sparkling personalities and were very helpful and kind to an english only speaker. One small thing I will bring up is that the place is sort of loud. Not a complaint so much as just a warning for people who want to relax and read by the pool. They always have loud music playing over the PA by the pool, so if you like naps and quiet that might be something to consider. Orhwrwise very good.

It is my first time to give a unpleasant comment to any of the hotels I stayed before… the hotel room is super old… and the pillow cover is not so clean, even yellow… and the beds, table are full of small ants…and one thing really don't understand, when I arrived in the hotel, they asked you to do a online precheck-in, normally the precheck supposed to help you save time, but here and it is the only hotel after the precheck you still need to be in line for another normal check in, and they asked you again fpr everything… so what is the point?

This property is located in a secluded area of the Stella Maris beach where walking is not really ideal especially if you are alone. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Although I chose the “luxury” room, the bedroom was very modest but offered a very comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some renovation as there was noticeable mold and the sink seemed clogged. The A/C worked great but leaked so much - I had to place a towel on the floor. The amenities were great, offered daily activities to kids and adults . “Tia Nutella” was super at entertainment and the pool was beautiful! I would stay again but wouldn’t pay the “extra” for the luxury room.

Custo-benefício que não vale a pena

Já na chegada é possível verificar que as fotos foram muito bem tiradas, pq a recepção parece uma rodoviária e os corredores parecem uma escola. Tudo é muito velho (o elevador, os quartos, as dependências, o banheiro, o elevador - que não dá conta de tanta gente e quebrou no meio do feriado e todo o hotel teve que usar um único elevador causando um caos. Também faltou energia em um dos dias, e tivemos que dormir sem ar condicionado. O quarto é ok, o guarda roupa estava quebrado, a potência do chuveiro não é das melhores, e os itens do banheiro são pequenos e insuficientes para um banho. O quarto com vista para o mar infelizmente também fica de frente para a piscina, o que seria ótimo se não tivesse gente fazendo barulho com música, brincadeiras e sorteios o dia TODO. A área da piscina parece uma quermesse, com muitas tendas vendendo comida, o que faz com que o cheiro seja muito forte e desagradável (outros lugares do hotel também são fedidos) - a água da piscina também deixa os olhos um pouco ardentes de tanto cloro utilizado. Também acredito ser um problema um hotel que cobra 700 a diária cobrar adicional se você precisar de toalha na piscina. A internet também é muito ruim e o café é só ok. O rodízio de pizza foi triste, o buffet é muito completo, mas vi no máximo umas cinco pizzas diferentes passar num intervalo de quase 2h. O ponto positivo é que o hotel fica de frente pra praia.

Razoável. O que salvou foi a equipe do hotel, extremamente cuidadosa. Terceira vez no hotel e primeira sem piscina/praia. Como estava com muita chuva, precisamos usar o quarto e áreas disponíveis com mais frequencia. Tivemos problema com o banheiro, com falta de energia por horas à noite sem gerador para garantir a capacidade necessária, Internet insuficiente para TV Smart e Notebook, mesmas opções de alimentação no café e jantar ao longo de 4 dias, com poucas variações e poucas opções sem glúten e sem lactose, sala de jogos pequena e com poucas opções.
