The strategic location of our condominium in Barra places you just steps away from the city's main attractions. Explore renowned museums, visit exclusive shops, and experience the vibrant nightlife. And, when the day comes to an end, enjoy the famous sunset from the Barra lighthouse just a few meters from our address. Take advantage of the amenities our condominium offers, such as a gym, common use pool, and recreational areas.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance. The pool will be unavailable for maintenance from 08/25 to 09/06.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
