"It was annoying that I was kept waiting outside in the cold. I appreciate I arrived after 2am, but this hotel is the nearest to the Hurtigruten/Havila quay so surely this is not unusual.!! Member of staff did seem surprised that I was checking in at that time. Why is there no bell ?! I was not imprrssed ..."
