Wonderful stay with delicious breakfast out on the sunny terrace. Nice places to walk and swim. A lot of history with in the walls of this Hotel. Short walk across bridge to a little Island for dinner .

Grand stay at Grand Hotel.

This is a rather grand place with a long history. Currently under major renovation to restore all it's former glory. Despite the ongoing construction it didn't effect the quality of my stay. The staff, restaurants and food was as excellent as one can desire. The hotel location is a tranquil spot in the harbour, with garden and pavilion restaurant facing the water. I'm very much looking forward to come back, especially when the restoration is done.

Hotellet er under renovering, så det er egentlig ikke fair at bedømme dets tilstand. Personalet var venligt, men det var irriterende, at personalet ved morgenmaden forsøgte at konversere. Det har man som hotelgæst ikke brug for. Desuden var det uklart, om “almindelige” gæster måtte bruge hotellets lille strand, eller om den var forbeholdt spa-gæster. I det hele taget var der ikke megen information om faciliteter - ud over morgenmadstiderne.

Hotellet är under omfattande renovering & är mer eller mindre en byggarbetsplats för tillfället vilket man bör vara medveten om. Hotellet stänger snart helt för gäster för att slutföra renoveringen, kanske borde detta redan gjorts? I övrigt fick vi ett oerhört fint bemötande av personalen som gjorde sitt yttersta för att skapa en fin vistelse för oss trots upprivna golv & byggdamm i princip varje hörn. Jag känner mig helt övertygad om att det kommer bli ett fantastiskt hotell när de öppnar igen & ser fram emot att återvända när det är nytt & fräscht.

Väldigt trevlig personal och fantastisk byggnad och läge. Maten i paviljongen fantastisk. En större renovering hade påbörjats så en hel del i korridorerna var halvfärdigt. Det andra rummet vi fick var bra, men det första hade varken ventilation eller AC. Hotellet stänger inom kort under några månader just för att göra klart renoveringen.

God service og beliggenhed i slidt bygning

Dyr restaurant, som vi derfor ikke prøvede. Det samme med pool-området. Vi er vant til, at pooladgang er inkluderet i prisen. Ladestandere til elbil var ikke i drift. Øv Øv. Bygningen var præget af forestående renovering. Men fantastisk placering og udsigt. God morgenbuffet. Stedet har potentiale, når ombygning er færdig. Meget hjælpsomt og serviceminded personale.

Herlig opphold! Fikk rom med balkong i tredje etasje med utsikt over det hele. God mat! Herlig frokost med fantastisk kaffe! Hvite duker og god servise. Passet perfekt med tre netter.

Nostalgi, hav, utsikt, vänlighet.

Mitt under renoveringen. Men magin kunde upplevas ändå. Vi ville vara i lugn och ro bara för 1 natts vistelse. Detta var perfekt. Strandpromenad, utsikt, lite mindre folk just denna period, extremt tyst och lugnt mot vad jag förväntat mig av en så gammal byggnad. Personalen är väldigt bra på sitt jobb när det kommer till vänlighet. Uppskattar att det fanns blandade åldrar i peronalen men mest 30+ (av det vi såg). Faciliteten behöver absolut rås om, vilket är i gång nu, men det var väldigt fint att få se det gamla och slitna också, för oss nostalgiker. Nästa gång ser vi fram emot att nyttja badbryggan och spa:t.

Et hotell under oppussing uten at dette var annonsert. lnnvendig restaurant stengt om kvelden, ble bare brukt til frokost. Alle restauranttilbud i en liten støyende paviljong hvor gjestene måtte spiste i kø for så å bli henvist et område hvor støyende arbeid pågikk ute. Bassenget var ikke tilgjengelig uten at du bestilte Spa. Frokostbuffeten var bra, men plassert i gangområdet mellom romfløy og resesjon.
