"Very comfortable hotel with excellent beds. Rooms were tastefully decorated with all the accessories you would need. A non slip mat for the bath was appreciated. Staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant. The two restaurants on site were excellent one for casual dining (Pizza, pasta etc) and the Carriage works which was also excellent for an Al a Carte menu. There are also bars for a drink. The hotel has a Spa but did not use it. The hotel is ideally placed to visit Liverpool with bus routes at the end of Hope St and parking available at the Anglican Cathedral"

"Overall a good stay for the money. Room was clean however the shower head could do with a clean, the water sprayed all directions but down. Coffee down low in the cupboard. Breakfast was ok, cooked breakfast and cereal if you want. Great views, location was good, couldn’t find the parking ended up in the ncp with a short walk. Rooms do need updating."
