The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with an en-suite bathroom and a king-size with an en-suite shower room serviced by a cloakroom and a Infrared sauna. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture, and a hot tub, and off-road parking for one car, with further roadside parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop and within 0.3 miles a pub. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at No.12.

The Victorian seaside resort of Saltburn-by-the-Sea is well named owing to the sweeping sandy beaches and spectacular coastline of glacial boulder clays. With its long pier and unique cliff lift, this pretty seaside resort appeals to people of all ages wishing to combine the coast with the moors.
