"Good location, quirky furnishings and a car park: all good.
Medium sized room over-furnished. View from windows overlooked work/store area.
A little pricey."
"Lovely country hotel with large garden and free parking. Our room had a comfortable bed, fridge, fan and tv . The bathroom was clean with extra large towels. We ate at restaurant for 3 evenings. Menu had a good choice of meals and food was lovely. Restaurant was very busy so pre booking advised. We had a great breakfast each day with hot and cold selections. Bus stops outside to Whitby and Saltburn which was a bonus. Lovely hotel with wonderful staff and we would definately stay again"
"The facilities are being added to : restaurants etc. our room, themed room: Cape Town was decorated to good standard. The best breakfast, parking and access was very good. Staff were cheerful and very helpful. It was great experience and would go again Thanks to all the staff."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our son and 2 dogs . The cottage had everything you needed and the kitchen was a good size. The beds were clean and comfortable and the en-suite a bonus . Great position only a few minutes from the sea and the Cod and Lobster , although we cooked we had fish and chips and they were excellent . Our host Ann kept us well informed about arriving and the entry code . We chose to park at Glen Vale a private car park that was a godsend and thoroughly recommend them ."
Easily accessible, single level, 3-bed cottage close to beach, shops & eateries!
8/10 Good
"Clean room, easy check in. Only issue we found is the listing being misleading as it seems you are on the seaside but once you arrive it is on a regular street with a 5-10 minute walk down to the seafront."
