Enter into this stylish cottage into the entrance hallway with space for coats and shoes, you are immediately drawn to the large spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with fabulous light and timber cladded ceilings. The dining table features in the centre of the room and is a wonderful place where the whole family can congregate. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, everything you need to either cook up a delicious meal or pack up a good lunch for the day ahead. The lounge has plenty of comfy seating and offers a Smart TV so you can snuggle in and watch all your favourite programmes. This room provides plenty of natural light from the large patio doors which lead out onto the patio area. Off of the lounge area is the first of three bedrooms, a good size super-king-size-zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) dressing table and with patio doors leading out onto the patio. The shower room is situated off of the other side of the lounge and has a shower and WC. Next door is the second bedroom with super-king-size-zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) en-suite shower room with WC and patio doors leading out onto the terrace. The final bedroom is next door again and is complete with super-king-size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) seating area with coffee table and Smart TV and patio doors leading out onto the patio. This room boats an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Outside is a terrace area with garden furniture and a balcony off of the lounge. There is also 450 acres of natural grounds to roam. Guests also have use of the Complementary Health Club. Private off road parking for two cars.
