"I couldn't be happier with our stay at the Cut Pearl. The place was exactly as it shows in the pictures. No surprises. Very clean. Beautiful ocean views. The beach comes and goes with the tide. We were able to take advantage of the beach several times. Andy (owner) and Latina (local host) were available, communicative, and very responsive. Close to Forbes Hill Beach (our favorite) and Tropic of Cancer Beach. Everything you need is available. Coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkels, kayaks. About a 15-20 minute kayak ride to the Lazy River, but a little difficult to get the kayaks in and out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Great house with direct beach access! We have family of 5 and we were there for Christmas of '25. It's nice and secluded but only 10 minutes from Santana's and 30 minutes back to Georgetown. It was perfect for us! "

"We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 5 adults and 2 children and space for everyone to have privacy. The pictures and information were very accurate. The owner provided detailed information for local restaurants and points of interest. The beach was private and beautiful. We loved the kayaks and the pool. As stated it is a remote place- about 45 minutes from Georgetown, but again it made for privacy. Due to our travel dates many local restaurants on little Exuma end were closed for the season. We had two meals catered. I highly recommend Chef Vandera- amazing food!!If I had a draw back it would be the distance from town but it was mainly due to our travel dates and the closing of nearby restaurants. This is not a negative to the property- I can not recommend this house enough. Tropic of Cancer beach was walking distance. When we go back to Exuma we will definitely be returning to this property! "This house is a dream. Its location and all the amenities make this the perfect place. The island is a special place. The most beautiful beaches and water you will ever see. We had great dinners at Blu and peace and plenty and lunch at Exuma yaught club. The property manager, Judy, is what help make our trip. Our flight was delayed and rental car closed but she not only drove us to our house but then supplied rental cars delivered to our house. She gave us countless recommendations and helped us book a great fishing trip on her boat. She was the “it” factor that made it all so special. Will was also very helpful with additional details. I would definitely book this house again and the beach is by far the best one on the island. "
