"Honestly can’t say enough great things about this property. Rented both houses for 16 people over the 4th of July. The property managers were great and answered any questions we had quickly, getting us anything we needed (water etc.). The houses were clean and the decor was beautiful. The location is secluded and exactly what we were looking for. We brought floaties, mask/snorkles, games (spike ball and bags) but didn't need them. There was so much stuff left by previous renters that were didn't need our own. We left the house twice, once for a boat tour with Exuma Water Sports and once had Theo pick us up at the house and take us to a sand bar and Chat n Chill. I highly recommend both trips. We used the kayaks (don’t miss the Lazy River) and spent lots of time in the pool and floating in the ocean. This property was paradise and we can’t wait to come back. "
"This was my second time staying at Charlie's place across from Man O'War Cay. My family of 8 rented both units and loved every minute of it! First off, Charlie's place is spotless. He and his wife take great pride in keeping the place clean and ready for guests. The location is great, about halfway between Georgetown and the beaches on Little Exuma. We explored lots of beaches in the area, but our favorites were right across the channel and over on Moriah Cay. We took out the included kayaks multiple times during our stay, which made exploring the Cays so easy. We saw lots of wildlife, sharks, rays, and turtles right from the patio on the water.Charlie was also very accommodating and let us check in early on arrival and check out late on departure. He is great to work with and very responsive to any concerns we had.I highly recommended booking Charlie's place for your vacation to Exuma!"

"Great location, great views. The house was exactly as described. Pictures of the water don’t do it justice. Infinity edge pool was perfect. Our group had plenty of room inside and out. Judy and management team were accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. Excellent house to stay when visiting Exuma. "

"Loved our stay in our quaint cottage! Located about midway on Great and Little Exuma, so made a great base for our travels across the island, and we went point to point throughout the week. Dock and kayak was great fun (turtles!). And the pool was a great refresher after days on the beach.Host Miss Valerie was so sweet and helpful. Island had a short power outage on first night, and she went above and beyond to provide us with power from generator. She was very responsive and friendly to any question. Bridgit and Chica were friendly dogs.The island itself is spectacularly beautiful and water views are stunning! Some of the best beaches in Caribbean and often had them all to ourselves (in late May)!"

"I can spend hours describing the amazing time we had, but ill summarize it. The description and pictures do not match how beautiful the house and location is. You have to see it to believe it. Judy was beyond amazing. Always answered the phone and was there for anything we needed. The island and the residents were all beautiful, humble, and happy people. In short, the vibes of the exumas, combine with everything I mentioned, makes this trip a once in a lifetime experience. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you"

"A beautiful house that was well equipped. The house is about 40 min from the airport but is in a great, quiet location. I had my adult children and 1 year old grand baby. The sandbar area is perfect for children to play. The pool area is nice with the tanning ledge. The host was very responsive. We hope to return in the future. "
