The grounds, bath house and cabins are super clean. Linens are provided. Its very nice and staff friendly.

The property itself is very well kept and the cabin I stayed in was a perfect fit. However, while I was still on the way from Las Vegas I received a receipt and apparently I made some purchases from the store inside. Have not been able to get ahold of the front desk for that and also to request a late checkout due to car problems. If you’re willing to take a chance with your money it’s a great stay but I’d rather stay somewhere more secure.

We are so sorry anything like this happened. Please believe that nothing like this is done purposely. What transpired was; when the clerk went to ring out the guest that came in to buy the 2 ice creams, it seems they have a similar last name to yours. They inadvertently rung it up on their account, but immediately corrected it. Next what happens is, the minute it rings up, it sends you an email receipt. This is done to prevent any incorrect charges to your account, and as you can see, it worked, you were notified. Again our sincerest apologies for this error, Ruben

wonderful park
This is a very clean organized operation .Sadly though staying in one of there cabins is not for me. I have to use the bathroom at night. So not having a restroom in the cabin made it very uncomfortable for me . Absolutly not a thing against the management or the resort it was terriffic. .Very clean and well staffed and they go out of there way to help was there to take a person to the airport at 6:30 am

Very clean well stocked comfortable cabin. Perfect place for family of 4 to spend the night passing through SLC. A little hard to find with construction on the freeway exit, but gps got us there. A little bit of odor from the nearby water reclamation plant and/or refineries, but couldn’t smell it inside the cabin.

I can't say enough good things about this resort! Our stay was fantastic. Patricia greeted me with a smile and was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She made sure our accommodations were top notch and went above and beyond to help us out! The property was beautiful and we loved everything about it. I highly recommend this resort to anyone needing a place to stay in Salt Lake City! Thank you so much!

We stayed in a cabin on the property. It had all the necessities for a comfortable night stay and to cook in the kitchen. The pillows could be upgraded! Overall an enjoyable stay. The only issue was that the office closed at 7:00 and Expedia had it listed as 8:00. We arrived at 7:10 and found our booklet and key in the mailbox (campgrounds often leave the info and any keys for late arriving guests). So no problems but a small panic for a few minutes until we found the box.

Loved the placw until we went to sleep and woke up to bed bugs biting and crawling on the walls.. i would stay here again hoping next time they hace taken care of the bed bugs! And after we found the bugs neighbors did as well in their cabin.

Modern RV Park
Easy to navigate park in a great location. Everything is pretty much as shown in the online advertisements. Friendly staff and great coffee at the clubhouse. This RV park is very clean and well maintained.

Didn't like that my 14yr old who does swim team and is a trained swimmer could not swim with our 15 and 16 yr olds without an adult. Also the mattressses are super uncomfortable. Cabins were nice and clean and bathrooms were close.

What a gem
Absolutely loved our stay! Pony Express RV is a gem in N Salt Lake. We stopped here for one night on our fishing trip and coukd not believe how nice The grounds were. The staff is amazing and everything was so clean. Already planning a visit back, my son and I enjoyed it & near one of our favorite fishing spots😊 !

Amazing place to stay
We love staying here. The staff are amazing, always greeting people with friendly smiles and greeting. We typically stay in the cabins and always enjoy the stay. Facilities are in good repair and maintaineded.

Great place but 3 miles from stores and next to a freeway. Not enough parking for extra vehicles when they wont fit in the space with MH

We'll be back
Super rv resort. We had a wonderful time in the clubhouse family reunions. Had kitchen, pool table and swimming pool. Only drawbacks were no parking at our site for jeep and this area is quite a ways from stores and restraurants (like 2 to 3 miles). Also has some freeway traffic noise.

We enjoyed our stay. Wish the cabins had a refrigerator. How ever the kitchen in the office area is available to all. So it worked out fine. Very friendly service.

Great family spot
We have stayed at Pony Express RV Resort multiple times in our RV and in their cabins. Our familiy loves it! It is conveniently located to the Regional Athletic Complex, making it the perfect place to stay for our soccer tournaments. We love all the things for kids to do, game room, pool, playground, oversize chess, basketball, soccer, bike riding. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The grounds are well kept and the service excellent. We will stay here again!

not too happy!
well first of all, my family and I booked two nights but got there later on that night only to be sent back home. all because I didn't have a credit card. they wouldn't even take a cash deposit or a prepaid debit card. I called and told them we were going to be running late and the lady told me that our key, pamphlet and cabin number will be in the mailbox and to just check myself in. but nothing was in the mailbox but the guy was just about to leave but we caught him before he left. and I didn't have a credit card so we had to leave. we spent 180 bucks on camping stuff and they still charged my card my stay. so I lost out big time. I am so not happy with how this turned out. they should have told us before we got there. I think I deserve a free week for all this hassle.

We always enjoy staying in the cabins at Pony Express. Friendly staff when you check in and out. The grounds are maintained and beautiful. Playground, outdoor pool, club house with kitchen, grill, gathering area.

The only thing I can complain about it the mattresses in the cabin were not overly comfortable and we wish there were bathrooms in the cabins with the 2 sets of bunkbeds. Also no mirror in the cabin.

For the price, we'd go back! But with an air mattress. The beds in a jail may be better! Other than that, it was great!

A great stay for budget traveler
It is an excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly and price is reasonable. Only issue was that the Wifi wasn't working. But, overall we had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Nice Rv Park a little hidden
Nice flat concrete pads, well kept and clean. No trees. A little tricky to find. It is between bus co.& RV sales. Kids loved the pool. Staff is friendly and helpful.

convenient location to soccer complex
The RV park was larger and more crowded than we anticipated, but the grass, tree, and table at each site was nice to have. Also the shower facilities were large and fairly clean, so that was nice to have so we didn't have to be cramped in our trailer. The kids loved the pool and playground. The wifi was a little frustrating to get on and have work fast enough to meet our needs. We didn't like that the rate charged more for each additional child we had with us. We were thinking we were saving money staying in our RV instead of a hotel, but it probably ended up being about the same other than the RV park was only a couple miles from the soccer complex.
