We chose this location because we were going to a concert at The Complex, Whoopi’s located right across the street. The room was great, clean and comfortable. Host was great to work with and gave clear instructions. Will definitely stay here again when in this area!

Close to The Complex Music Venue

From the minute I booked this property, the host was very communicative. He gave very thorough instructions for the check in procedure. The apartment is close to the Gateway, Delta Center and the Complex. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect For A Weekend Getaway!

This place was just what we needed for a short weekend stay for a concert, which was so conveniently close to this place! You have the privacy of an apartment with all the amenities, and only a 15 minute drive or so from the airport!

Very Clean and Modern - Convenient Location

We had a great stay at Anthony's place! The apartment was super clean and very modern. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We walked to local restaurants, a brewery and Temple Square. The location also provided easy and convenient access to the highway. -Would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay, good convenient location and quiet complex. Liked how secure the parking felt as there is a lot of homeless nearby. Enjoyed the pool area and used the gym. A few maintenance items were mentioned to the owner but other than that the place had everything that was needed.

Great Condo

Great condo in a very nice complex 2 blocks from Delta Center and entertainment district. Liked the indoor parking. Very nice ourdoor spaces w/pool, hot tub, games. etc. Would stay again!

Great Condo

I was traveling for business. This was a great condo - well kept and cozy. Better stocked than many previous VRBO's that I've stayed in. Plenty to do in walking distance, but if you don't want to go out to eat, The Store is a great little market within blocks. The host was great.

Great location!

It looked exactly as pictured with a clean balcony—loved all the natural light. Our stay regarded the University of Utah which is only about a 15 minute drive away. We were near the little shopping plaza so our kids were able to enjoy the Children’s Museum and planetarium (FREE), along with a turf area for running around. We had our dog with us, so taking her down to pee/poop was close and we could see each other from the balcony. There are many restaurant choses in the plaza area previously mentioned, walking distance. We walked to Panda Express and to the Hall Pass area which had great food options. Parking in the garage was a breeze and gave us peace of mind. The bed fit our family of four, but we have two toddlers—there is a couch pull out bed in the living room area. The appliances worked just fine for us and we loved that detergent was provided with the washer and dryer. There is a vacuum/swiffer in the closet if you are like us and want to keep up with the tidiness during your stay. There is a little desk for any work you may need to do during your stay. The only reason I listed a 4 for communication with host/check-in process is because we did exactly what was said for getting in the building but the code was not working. I messaged the host but the response, for that moment, was slow for my liking and wanting to check in after traveling for 6 hours. Luckily an employee let me in. The location really makes up for that detail though and it was an overall great stay!

Anthony was great with communication and instructions. The rental was really clean and had everything we needed plus some nice extras like snacks and filtered water in the fridge. Location was convenient and walkable. Would stay in again.

The stay was great. After we learned how to navigate the property (very long hallways//lots of stairs) when the elevator was broken, we had a great time. The check in process was less than ideal… apparently the fault of the app not working. Everything in the apartment was great. Very well stocked.

Reasonably priced and great for kids

I took my 16 year old daughter, her boyfriend and my 10 year old son to Salt Lake City and this apartment met all of our needs. My son is a picky eater, so I was able to make his food in the kitchen and we all enjoyed the swimming pool since it was hot while we were there in mid-June. The only thing I would have liked was more towels for 4 people staying 5 nights. But there was a washer/dryer in the apt so we washed them. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We had a great stay! The directions/check-in instructions were a bit confusing, but everything was great once we got inside. The apartment was clean and in a great, safe area. We could walk to serval local bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed 3 nights for a conference at the Salt Palace Convention center. Very walkable if you are in moderate shape. Great little well stocked grocery just a block away along with a movie theater and some food choices. The parking garage is connected to the building with acces to each floor of the apartment complex. This place was perfect for our weekend stay and we would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely apartment

This apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a balcony when the weather is warm. The living room area has a comfortable couch with a tv and a small dining table.
