Everything was good, except they charged me $3 extra on my credit card on top of the 100.00 deposit when i checked in. The deposit was refunded but not the 3.00. I have no idea what the 3.00 charge was for.

I’m new to Salt Lake City and I didn’t know there was a law where u have to be over 21 to check in in some big names hotels and once the host told me about that law he said it me in a very annoyed a very bad attitude and telling me it’s the law over and over again like if I was dumb and he right away took my room away and told me my stuff was canceled and that he can’t help me anymore and the way he told me if he was trying to blow me off I’m sorry but after hearing I can’t check in into a room and basically have no where to stay in a city I’m not familiar with made me scared and stressed out where I was gonna sleep he could of at least help give me suggestions on where else to look instead of telling me to move out of the way to help someone else

It was dirty, we had ants in the room. The room next to us had a broken window, where someone had tried to back in from the outside. Comfort Inn did not fix the window. Would not go back there or any Comfort Inn.

Super noisy hearing people walk around their room all night above us and going up and down the emergancy stairs and the door slamming. Room was clean but super musty smelling. Breakfast was ok coffee horrible not fresh no creamers or sugar not the best stay we have had lost sleep from all the noise.

We chose this particular hotel because of ratings and closeness to where we needed to meet family. Breakfast was good and gave several choices. Check in was easy as was check out.

Staff spoke poor English, shower had pubic hair in it from the last guest and my girlfriend left a necklace in our room and we tried several times to call the front desk and everytime we were hung up on before we could speak to anyone.

The staff and condition of the hotel were great. The location although conveniently located close to the highway, did not offer much in regards to close dining unless you wanted to eat fast food.

Dona is a fantastic manager. She was on it every time something was needed. I would say that the housekeeping service should be a little more regular than after every 3rd night. Trash builds up, certain items need to be replenished (coffee/towels, etc.). Guests really don’t like to remember to call for these things - especially when the housekeeping service seems to not be available after 3pm. Otherwise, great place! Clean, great breakfast, great pool/spa!

Due to traveling, we arrived close to midnight but I was told to wait in the car because the room wasn't ready. At MIDNIGHT. I came back and saw the people walking with sheets like they just ran into a room and quickly changed them. The next morning, there was no shampoo in the bathroom and when my husband mentioned to the front desk, the lady all but rolled her eyes and gave her the little travel size ones, never saying anything else. Later, he also asked for towels for the pool and the lady was passive aggressive and irritated and told him he could only have 2 because everyone decided to use the pool at the same time. Were we supposed to apologize for using their amenities? If you're in a room on the bottom floor you can hear every movement, step and mattress creak from the floor above. Will never stay at this place again.

Staff was super friendly. We had one small issue where our TV didn't work but the guy at front desk came and fixed it right away. Was so kind. It really was a great stay. Breakfast was great and the kids had fun at the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

The property it self was definitely unsanitary and I could hear mice in the walls and see the stains where whatever was living in the wall was urinating. I heard everything from the rooms next to me, upstairs, and in the hallway. There was a lingering smell in the hallway that lingered in the room. The staff were okay, but when we explained that there were mice in the walls they just said that’s what comes with the season as if it was normal.

This is very interesting review. Unsanitary, mice in the walls, wall stains, lingering smell and what not. We checked the room after you checked it was full of trash, bad smell and stained linen. This speaks of how serious we should take your observations.
