"The Blaumar has everything you could possibly want for a quiet relaxing family holiday. I’ve been here twice in the last year with different ages of kids and adults and it caters for young and old. The staff are amazing from the reception staff to the staff at the pool. Fantastic entertainment. The only reason we left the hotel was to use the hotels beach bar across the road at the beach. We will be back"

"This is a very family centred hotel, lots of kids & pools/slides etc for them. Rooms clean & two double beds so good for a family. I was not keen on the restaurant. It was very busy, quite noisy, food not amazing, but did cater for gluten free with bread, cakes biscuits & separate toaster so good for coeliacs. As were the 4 neighbouring restaurants which was nice. If you don’t have kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s about 15 mins in a taxi from the heart of Salou so you need a taxi. No prom/walkway to get there other than local roads. A small beach at the rear of the hotel was nice. Overall a nice short 5 night break. If you want more going on this little resort is not for you , you’ll want the bigger resort next door of Salou. "

"This was a really lovely hotel, cleanliness was excellent and the staff efficient and friendly. There was a very good choice of food for breakfast and the dinner choice was, on the whole, very good also - some evenings better than others. It is a great choice for families with plenty of facilities and clubs to keep the children busy . "

"This hotel is beautiful. The location is really nice right on the beach with nice walks nearby. There aren’t many bars or clubs directly around the hotel which suited us but may not suit other people. The hotel is immaculately clean. The entertainment team are lovely and full of energy. They organise activities like aqua fit and tai chi plus games by the pool during the daytime. There was great entertainment each evening like Flamenco dancing and Cuban bands. The bar staff are really lovely. They always have a smile on their face, especially Antonio who is really friendly. Nothing is a trouble for them. The restaurant staff are also very pleasant and professional. There is a reasonable choice of food. Sometimes it is not very hot but there is a microwave to heat it. Two chefs do food to order and that is nice and hot. Usually burgers, hot dogs and stir fry’s. "
