  • L'appartamento completamente ristrutturato nel 2007 è a piano giardino ed è composto da una sala abitabile con cucina all'americana. Nella zona di soggiorno c'è un divano letto, tavolo da pranzo e tv satellitare. all'esterno un porticato con zona riservata agli ospiti dove è possibile mangiare e dove ci sono due poltrone. Il giardino davanti al porticato si apre fino al lago. Il posto è romantico e signorile.. L'appartamento è in un contesto unico in villa proprietà della famiglia da 100 anni. Abbiamo altri due appartamenti che vengono affittati durante la stagione estiva. Atmosfera romantica in un paesaggio da sogno dove godere della bellezza del giardino secolare che si affaccia sul lago balneabile. Il giardino è in comune con la famiglia ed eventuali altri ospiti.

Not the idealic setting we expected from bookabach

Bad luck as had been raining and as a cave smell of mildew and mould was overpowering. We booked among other things because of a washing machine. This had a broken door and no water came into machine. Owner had left so not able to fix it. The other owners were moving large boxes and other items past our windows the first evening and next day. We had to leave the next day because of a family crisis at home but would have found it difficult to stay despite the friendliness of the host. There was no offer of any reimbursement despite only being there one night.

We loved our stay in this lovely apartment! 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 6 and 9) and it was perfect for us. We had lazy days sunbaking and swimming in the lake, which is literally at your front door, and days in towns like Limone (which is gorgeous) and Sirmione (which is nice but very small old centre). We also had a day hiking in the Dolomites which was breathtaking. The apartment has everything you need and is totally comfortable. Beds are good, everything was spotless and Enrico was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you again Enrico for making our stay so enjoyable.

Wij hebben genoten van het appartement. De ligging aan het water en de entourage zijn goud waard. Genieten van la Dolce Vita zoals de Italianen zelf doen.Verblijf in de tuin met de aanwezige families was leuk en met respect voor elkaars privacy.Fijn op loopafstand van de levendige boulevard.In- en uitchecken ging vlot via goede communicatie via wattsapp (engels)Wifi deed het primaVanuit Salò zijn veel leuke dagtrips te doen.Als we dan iets ter verbetering mogen noemen: het bed kraakt nogal en het matras is behoorlijk hard.Een oven/magnetron en wat meer bestek (o.a.kurkentrekker) zouden handig zijn.Maar zondermeer was het een fijn appartement en een mooie ervaring.Ook erg leuk gesprek met Enrico persoonlijk gehad en ook zus Maria was hartelijk en gastvrij.

Sehr schöne alte Villa, direkt am See. Die Wohnung befindet sich in den Kellerräumen. So war es trotz heissen Temperaturen angenehm zum Schlafen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Magischer Ort

Der Ort war einfach magisch, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Einstieg in den See, Schwimmen im Sonnenaufgang, eine überdachte Terrasse, so dass man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen kann. Was will ich mehr. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was ich brauchte, Bett war okay. Mein persönlicher Verbesserungsvorschlag: ich hätte auf das Bidet verzichtet und dafür eine größere Dusche eingebaut. Meckern auf hohem Niveau ;-)

Erfahrung

Appartement liegt in einem Großfamilienferienhaus. Die Menschen waren alle nett, aber wer Ruhe sucht, findet die eher außerhalb der Ferienzeit. Das Parken geht nicht bei der Unterkunft. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag regen wir einen Ventilator und ein Verdunklungsrollo im Schlafzimmer an. Wir waren im August dort und die Nächte waren sehr heiß und die Straßenleuchte doch hell.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Super, tolle Lage. Eine Rarität am Gardasee. Es hat einfach alles super geklappt. Wir hatten das Glück einen Teil der Familie kennen zu lernen. Für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Das kleine Appartement direkt am See war für uns perfekt. Den großen Garten haben wir mit vier anderen Personen geteilt, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Auf das Schwimmen im glasklaren Gardasee und das Glas Wein am Ufer haben wir uns jeden Tag gefreut. Die 750 m zum Restaurant am See in Saló waren ein schöner Abendspaziergang. Unser Auto konnten wir in 100 m Entfernung an der Straße und die Fahrräder hinter dem Eingangstor sicher abstellen. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne alte Villa in italienischem Stil. Wir können nur unser kleines Appartment bewerten. das ist für den Preis ganz angemessen gewesen. Für 2 Personen, die sich viel draußen bewegen ist es sehr gut geeignet. In der Zeit waren nur zwei andere Gäste im Haus, wie es bei Vollbelegung im Garten und in der Ntzung des Zugangs zum See (Einstieg über Leiter) ist, können wir nicht beurteilen.
