Newly refurbished building, with a very traditional interior, with some modern twists. Situated within walking distance of both the fantastic Salisbury City Cathedral and the historic old Sarum Castle.
A newly refurbished modern two bedroom apartment, located on the first floor. The property boasts a brand new kitchen, with built in appliances. There is an open plan kitchen/living/dining space that has a stylish double sofa bed, that can be used to accommodate an additional two adults or children. The living space has a 40'' smart TV.
Classically finished master bedroom, with a very comfortable King Size bed, for a perfect night’s sleep. Lots of storage, with a large wardrobe with draws inside and two bedside tables.
Smaller single bedroom, furnished with a chest of draws and bedside table.
Smart new shower room, with mains thermostatic shower, toilet, basin and a heated towel rail.
please note there are a number of stairs across split levels to access the apartment (approximately 2 flights)
Access to the property is via Castle Mews which can be found through the grand archway off Castle Street. The main entrance to the building is via the first door on the left. The apartment is on the first floor, accessed via a number of stairs.
The closest car park can be found 3min walk from the apartment and is free from 6pm - 8am in the Central Long Stay carpark. The parking can be booked and paid for via text meaning you don't need to leave the apartment to ticket your vehicle. The Train Station is a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is located centrally where you can find many bars, restaurants and shops. There is also many bus routes with a stop just outside the address.
