Thank you Mary for your feedback, but as explained during your check-in, we keep bottled water in the mini refrigerator (to keep them cold) available to all our guests in the dining room and apologized to you during your checkout that we had recently ran out of our paper to-go cups after a busy week of guests. We take great pride in making sure our guests are pampered and have a wonderful experience here, so we are very grateful for your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience.

Many of our guests enjoy being able to disconnect and enjoy the Victorian atmosphere. We do have high speed Wi-Fi access for your devices to comfortably stream tv shows or movies. We hope you choose to stay with us again in the future.
