"First rate hotel with a unique experience in being able to enjoy the “waters” of Bath within the hotel. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning in the room did not sufficiently cool the room on the 22C days we were there, but the windows opened, which helped."

"Charming hotel close to everything - attractions, dining and transportation. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We indavertently left a valuable item in the room at checkout. The hotel located it and arranged for shipment back to the US. Thank you!"

"A really nice hotel. Only minor complaints are that the elevators were too slow (which caused issues around mealtimes and at checkout) and the area has a lot of traffic noise (especially if you have the windows open)."

"This hotel is brilliant! Probably the best value in Bournemouth, with an indoor pool and ample parking ( unlike many in the area!) A very comfortable stay with excellent breakfasts. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Carol at reception and the 2 Polish ladies at breakfast. We were even impressed by the swimming teachers in the pool. I’ll bring my grand-daughter next time!"
