"Staff were nice. Rooms were okay. Towels were not kept up. I had to go out and purchase towels because the staff said they ran out of clean ones. Rate 7 out of 10"

"Perfect location, on the beach, private, clean, good snorkeling, good restaurants, rooms are spacious, what more could anyone ask for? The beach is well protected by large rocks so it calms the morning waves. It’s an open air feel throughout that is very relaxing. The staff is beyond friendly always greeting us and asking if we need anything. The breakfast buffet has literally everything and it’s prepared well. Total relaxation. "

"This was overall the best experience I’ve ever had. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Chenille, who did my check in process and was very polite and accommodating throughout my entire stay. She became a familiar face I felt comfortable coming to when in need of assistance. The bar tenders were also a great part of the experience as well. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m visiting."

"Very clean resort the staff 7 out of 10 are rude or just seem mad to be there. No robes in room unless you’re VIP. Restaurants aren’t really good and there’s a limit to the all inclusive. The à la carte restaurants aren’t really à la cart is a set menu and everyone is getting the same thing. While in restaurants or buffet you cannot get drinks only beer and wine. It wasn’t about island time it was more about very bad customer service. Staff would take your order and forget about you. In the buffet nobody comes up to you to take an order or anything no water or drink order taken. Maybe out of the 5 nights 6 days only about 3 times did someone come to us to ask if we wanted a drink. The pools are beautiful and the drinks are okay. I would return but would have to be on top of staff to be a lil bit quicker. No water bottles on resort which they do give a bottle for you to refill with water which I prefer water bottles."

"All night pizza. Is not a good choice"

"Overall out stay at Blue Bay was good. We booked an ocean view room but was a bit disappointed to see our view included the construction of a new beach which made our view not as pleasurable. On our first day the master bathroom flooded and water went throughout the unit. Maintenance arrived and was able to fix the drain and clean the water up. We also had some minor issues with the bathroom sink. Minus these few issues, the property was very nice. There are restaurants on the property and a nice beach as well. You need to either rent a car or one of the golf carts to get around the property as it is a large resort with lots of different properties. The staff were extremely friendly. "
