I was happy to have secured the room at a better rate, as the Best Western rate was a bit high. Expedia saved us $20! The room is worth $100 - but not $120. It looks clean and is in a small town, which we love!

The breakfast is great, fresh eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, waffles and more. They ran out of OJ. The WIFI was an on/off thing. I would stay here again. Clean, safe, and treated like a friend instead of a customer.

The pool was closed on website it had little ex by the swimming pool. SHOULD HAVE HAD DESCRIPTIVE ABOUT POOL AMD SLIDE BEING CLOSED I WAS VERY UPSET I PAYED 200 a night for a poooool

When i discovered very early this morning that the front door is always open and that no one was at the desk even when i waited and said hello. I feel this was a safety issue for all guests that were sleeping as anyone could just come into the hotel without question.

Unfortunately the pool was under renovation, however it was really nice that arrangements were made for guests to use the pool at the comfort Inn right across the street. Really appreciated that consideration. The mattress on the pull out in room 216 was horrible, & needs to be replaced. Will bring an air mattress for my Grandsons next time.

I showed up after 3 and the room was still not ready for me to check in. I had to fix the toilet. So I’m wondering if it was even cleaned before we got there.

This was an older hotel, but clean and well kept up. The pool was not open, it was under repair. Minor issues in the room, but nothing that would prevent me from staying again.

The hotel staff was friendly, especially the lady cooking breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh fruit toppings, regular fresh fruit, cereal, yogurts, and toast. A full breakfast. The hotel room was very clean.

Great stay!! We had a bad experience at another hotel chain and tried this location for the first time. 10/10!! Our options are limited because we travel with our two dogs. The front desk clerk was very nice and even upgraded my regular king room to a suite on the first floor after I told him I had two dogs. Our room was extremely clean, and not outdated. The bed was actually very comfy and had multiple pillows. The hotel is in a quiet area and easy to get to. They offered a very impressive free breakfast with bacon, waffles, biscuits/gravy, eggs, and much more. The breakfast area was clean and tidy as well. The staff was very friendly. Overall, a quality location for a budget friendly price. Will be staying at this location again!

A Nice Find - Breakfast Steals the Show
With modern, comfortable and clean rooms and a terrific breakfast, we very much enjoyed our stay. The breakfast exceeding expectations with eggs, bacon, tater tot’s, biscuits, waffles, toast, cereal and much more. Working near and on Christmas, the staff was welcoming and helpful. We travelled with a dog and was assigned a room on the first floor, overlooking the parking lot and next to the laundry room. No a great room for a dog easily triggered by sounds. At our request, the staff re-roomed us to a nice room on the second floor. Upon checkout, I appreciate that I was encouraged by a manager to share areas where there was for improvement. Just a couple. The TV setting was too dark and we couldn’t adjust it. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day, but it could have been because it was Christmas. The keys stopped working at least five times. All and all, a very nice stay. We’ll be back.

The breakfast attendant was the most cheerful and helpful I've ever come across in ANY hotel. She changed the TV to something more appropriate for a 7 year old, assisted her in getting her breakfast and answered every question. To help you identify her, she has 10 children and 20 grandchildren.

We were moving back to Texas and were absolutely worn out after eight hours of driving. The hotel was a welcome sight, and just like every Best Western we've ever been to (and our only hotel choice), this one was top notch. Good breakfast, too!
